Anthony and his cottage is great! Loved the layout and will definitely rebook. Anthony is super responsive and truly a kind soul. Tje cleaning crew did a great job to make sure the facility was clean and ready for us to arrive.

Cozy Little Country Cottage

The cottage was very comfortable and provided a nice quiet getaway. Very well laid out and maintained. The weather was very warm when I was there but the cottage was always very cool. Great shower, too. A few places to eat nearby and a grocery store. I would stay there again.

Relaxing Country Cottage

This was one of the best experiences that me and my boyfriend have had. It was quiet, cozy, and very affordable. We would definitely recommend this place to others and we will definitely be staying here again next time we come through town.

We came to Electra to take care of my uncles estate. The location was near his house and only 30 minutes to Wichita County Courthouse. It’s was a very comfortable little house to stay in.

Road trip oasis

It’s so relaxing to drive into the yard and walk mere steps to the quiet and cool cottage. The neighborhood is very quiet and the location has the privacy you won’t find many places. I wish there were more options like this along our route.

Just AWESOME!!!

This was one of the nicest places we've stayed in using VRBO. Just absolutely beaufiful, comfortable,AWESOME!! Everything about the property was perfect... from the welcome, to the accomodations themselves, to the small details the owner provided. We absolutely loved it. If and when we're in Electra again, we will definitely look to stay here again.

The Best Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at AL cottages in Electra. The house exceeded our needs. It was very convenient to all of our events for the weekend. The property was just as described. We look forward to staying at the cottage again.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

A.L. Cottages' Wilson house has been through it all just about! This once abandoned property was purchased for the City of Electra for $1500 by Anthony Lynn in early 2018. Anthony spent lots of time and money redesigning and remodeling the Wilson house to make it one of Electra's first short term rental properties. Anthony traveled back and forth to his hometown of Electra while in the Air Force and working as a hotelier in OKC. He and his family always had to get a hotel room in Wichita Falls but longed to be in Electra close to family. Anthony also wanted to assist the community by providing an excellent place for other fellow Electrans to stay when visiting. Come stay in this beautifully remodeled and decorated property located in the pumpjack capital of Texas!
