Winter Getaway

Great location with access to St. Pete Beach, St. Petersburg and the Tampa area. The complex has access to a pool and designated walking areas to enjoy during your stay. The condo was clean, modern and comfortable.

Exceptional

Had a wonderful time in the St. Pete area. The condo was super clean, extra spacious and the view of the golf course was very nice! Owner Kim was more than accommodating!! Check-in & Check-out was seamless. We will be back!!

Spring getaway

Very nice condo exactly as pictured. Close to beaches and restaurants but away from the hustle and bustle. Had everything we needed. My only concern was the patio was very small and the furniture out there very dated and uncomfortable. Kim responded quickly to any questions.

Quiet area

Unit was very clean and as pictured. We liked that the bedrooms are on opposite sides to give more privacy. This comples is in a great location with a quick and easy drive to Pass A Grille, Fort Desoto, Eckerd College and St. Pete Beach.

Very nice place and location

The condo was very nice, clean, big, beautiful bathrooms and nice decor and thoughtful little touches in the whole place. You can watch the golfers out the patio or walk over to the pool. The pool area was very nice and never busy. Kim was very helpful with the little problems we had. She responded very quickly. Check out Fort Desoto Park if you visit!

The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or concerns! The condo itself was beautiful and spacious. The beds were very comfortable! In short, it was like staying in paradise!

Beautifully appointed condo on the 12th green.

We highly recommend this beautifully appointed condo within a nice and quite golf community that is centrally located within the St Pete Beach area. The condo is located about 1 mile from the beach and about 3 miles from Interstate 275 which gives you quick access to all of St Pete/Tampa Bay Area. The condo itself seems to have been beautifully remodeled recently with all the amenities you’d expect to include your own parking spot. Even though the area is safe and quite you’ll find many activities for the whole family to enjoy. The owners were attentive and a pleasure to work with, you won’t be disappointed with both the condo and the location.

Beautiful Modern Condo

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beachy condo! The pool area and golf course grounds are so well taken care of. Everything is so pretty in the area. We would just recommend ensuring renters have the exact address & unit information prior to their check-in. We had an address and unit that was linked from Vrbo, but it only brought us to the general area. The owner luckily was super helpful! We made it to to the right place after she gave us some more specific instructions. Beautiful condo, wonderful community, definitely a great place to stay!

Wonderful stay at Isla Del Sol

The condo was everything that was advertised. It was complete with all amenities and it was spotless.I liked the first floor access. My husband so enjoyed watching the golfers right outside our door. The only drawback was Cavoid 19. It arrived while we were on vacation. Although we were healthy and able to distance, we were extremely nervous about the possibility of becoming sick, while so far away from home. Also because of the pandemic, the beaches, parks and our pool were closed. We chose to leave for home a few days early. We were so fortunate that the Ruddle’s, chose to give us a refund for the days we could not be there. Thank you so much! Hopefully we can try again another year.

Family Dream Vacation

This is difficult to travel with 6 months old, then acimodatuin is quite important. At Mary’s place we had everything and more than what we needed! Condo was fantastic! Modern and beautifully furnished. Perfect location, close to the gulf and with nice swimming pool. Mary made sure that we are not short in anything! Super vacation! Thank you Mary! Great place to stay in the St. Pete area

This property is one of the best VBRO rentals that we have ever stayed at. The condo itself was recently remodeled and was in perfect condition. We had friends visit us during our stay and the condo had plenty of room for 4 adults. The kitchen is fully appointed and has new upgraded appliances and plenty of counter space. The furniture was very comfortable and the beds were absolutely amazing. The condo even has a wine cooler…nice touch. The location is very convenient to many things in the St Petersburg area. It is a short 10 minute drive to the beautiful Pass-a-grill beaches, 10 minutes to Fort DeSoto park and a short drive to a multitude of restaurants and shopping. (I highly recommend the grouper Rueben sandwich.) Downtown St Petersburg is less than a half hour drive. If you are looking for a really nice place to stay near the St Pete beaches, this is it.
