Great stay close to Disney

This is a great place that is close to the Disney parks (10-15 min depending on traffic) and a ton of restaurants in the area. The condo was clean and well stocked and the check-in process was very smooth. Only negative I would say, and it is no fault of the owner, is the condo sometimes in the early evening can get loud outside with people coming in and out, but we did not find it to be that big of a deal. I would not hesitate at all about staying here again.

Great place with plenty of room.

The place was nice and had plenty of space and was clean. Good location and easy to get to food and the Disney parks. Would stay here again for sure!

Enjoyed our Holiday stay

The home was Christmassy and spacious. We enjoyed how comfortable the home was. In addition, there was enough room to have a nice Thanksgiving dinner! I will use this spot every time I can.

Great location and price

We enjoyed our stay so much that we are looking at booking again when we come back in August. The condo was so cute and very convenient. I would suggest bringing bath towels if you want something larger and more comfy; however, everything else was perfect.

Large condo with plenty of space

Great condo for our family. Plenty of space for us to sleep. The complex generally is a little older looking, but the unit was great. Plenty of space and exactly what we needed for a short stay

Visiting SeaWorld

This was close to SeaWorld and perfect for us, with WalMart and many restaurants nearby. We slept well and had everything we needed plus more! Condiments, spices, coffee and filters were there as well as body wash and a hairdryer. Thanks!!

Everything was clean and nice.

The property and everything was great. Only issue was the Televisions in the back rooms couldn't get connection. Not a real issue considering we were barely there. I will definitely use again if available!

Excellent location from Disney, spacious & cozy

Property is in a hidden gated complex near Giordanos, behind main street restaurants, stores and smaller attraction - but amazingly located less than 15min from Walt Disney World, making ride shares or driving to the parks a breeze. Place was very spacious in common areas and bedrooms, and provided nice basic amenities if my toddler didnt cosleep or needed a basic stroller. Property manager was responsive to inquiries for wifi or gate/home access codes, but wouldve liked to have had that ahead vs me reaching out and bugging for that info. We followed exit instructions and cleaned up after ourselves, but got a request for additional deep cleaning fee with note for No Smoking. When i reached out twice thru the app immediately after for clarification and explained we didnt smoke (so what was left there to suggest that), I didnt receive a response. Hoping that gets cleared up, but its still a place to consider when staying for the parks.

Great location

We were very well pleased with our stay. This condo was just as described (honestly nicer than we anticipated)My one and only complaint was how slick the master bathtub was. May want to provide an in tub mat for the shower

The place was clean and adequate. Older decor, but it was suitable. It could use more kitchenware and dishes, beach towels, board games. It would be nice to know the exact location more than 3 days before check-in.

Spring Stay

This property was all about location for us. It is perfect for being centralized location! Just minutes from the Parks, and nearby Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Center. Great restaurants nearby and shops for souvenirs. It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your place with us, what a delight!
