Välkommen till Sedona! The Homestead kombinerar lyx, privatliv och fantastisk utsikt. Detta 5000 kvadratmeter stora lyxiga spahem är din ultimata resa till Sedona. Det har ett professionellt gym, bastu, badtunna, uppvärmd saltpool och otrolig utsikt. Beläget i W. Sedona, närheten till restauranger och livsmedelsbutiker gör detta hem extremt bekvämt.

Plats

Homestead-huset ligger i ett fantastiskt läge i West Sedona. Du har närbild av åskberg. Huset ligger i ett mycket lugnt, privat område. Bort från allt liv och rörelse men ändå mindre än en mil från marknaderna och fantastiska restauranger.

Vardagsrum

Njut av fantastisk utsikt från vardagsområdet! Vardagsrummet har en 65 ”4k smart TV. Det finns också en eldstad.

Matplats

Matsalen är öppen mot vardagsrummet och köket. Vårt matbord sitter på 8 personer.

Kök

Vårt stora kök har apparater i rostfritt stål och är laddat med köksutrustning. Köket har en brödrost med 4 skivor, mixer, mikrovågsugn, kaffebryggare, ett fullt lager skafferi, salladsskålar, vinglas, ost rasp, vattenkokare, Vitamix och mycket mer.

Sovrum och badrum

Alla sovrum har bäddsoffor Alexander Signature-sängar, 3 kungar och 4 drottningstorlek. Vi använder sängkläder av högsta kvalitet .. Varje sovrum har en 4k smart-tv med alla kanaler .. Handdukar av högsta kvalitet finns i varje badrum. Våra badrum har toalettpapper, schampo, balsam, kroppstvätt och händertvål.

Professionellt gym: Detta gym har den populära Peloton-cykeln, löpbandet, fria vikter, bänk, lat pull down, benpress, benkrullning och olika fitnessutrustningar.

Pool och badtunna: Vi erbjuder massor av poolleksaker, floaties och livvästar för hela familjen att njuta av. Poolen är saltvatten. Poolvärme finns tillgängligt mot en extra avgift. Kontakta oss om du vill värma poolen för din vistelse.

Huset ligger i ett mycket lugnt område. Vi bokar bara till dem som respekterar grannskapet och grannarna.

Nice and pleasant

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Location was nice and quiet and close to a lot of Sedona activities. Our only real complaint was the house's need for some basic maintenance. Faucet handles were loose, cupboard doors were about to fall off, doorknobs also about to come off, etc. A little handyman TLC would make this place 5 stars.

Perfect location!

This home was beautiful and spacious! The location was perfectly close to everything Sedona has to offer! We loved the views of the red rock from this property. Family favorites were the amazing home gym, heated pool and hot tub! This was the perfect home away from home.

Great location and views

Our stay helped us have a great family vacation in Sedona. Kitchen was well stocked, grocery store was close. Views were amazing! We spent a lot of time enjoying the hot tub. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Four 60+ couples, longtime friends, traveled from MN to explore the beautiful Sedona red rock county. We did several hikes and enjoyed the wonderful accommodations this property offered upon return. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property.

Amazing stay in Sedona

We had the best time in Sedona. The property is amazing with stunning views and everything you need for your stay. The master bedroom and bathroom are beautiful and you just can’t beat the views. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub, and the gym was definitely unexpected. The property is in a beautiful area, and everything was super smooth from check in to check out. I would definitely recommend.

Great Christmas with family

We needed somewhere for the family to stay since we no longer all fit at my parents home. It was perfect - everyone had a bed and a lot of space. It is close (walkable) to Thunder Mountain trail so we hiked everywhere, even to my parents house. The fitness room is amazing (we all used it) and hanging out in the hot tub under the stars was a great way to end the day.

Perfect For Our Family - Location and Amenities

The pictures in the listing are real. Property was great and views amazing. Very close to everything we needed. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Night sky was clearest I have ever seen. The Peace park is 2-3 minute drive - don't miss it. I did really morning and it was amazing.

Perfect house for us

The house is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood. The layout was perfect for us and the pictures are spot on!! We had a fabulous family week for a special birthday. Unfortunately, the pool heater was not working for our week. The hosts were very responsive and refunded our heated pool payment immediately. Do not hesitate to book. The house and the red rocks is all you need for a wonderful Sedona vacation

Great property

This is a beautiful property with great views. We had 12 girls stay here celebrating a birthday. I only gave a four for the check-in process because there were some information I was wanting prior to us getting to Sedona and I did not receive that information. Once we were there, the host was extremely responsive to text message. They offer a heated pool but in the winter.(we went in November) it’s still a little bit too chilly to be comfortable. The hot tub is gray and sees about six people comfortably. We saw wildlife, including birds, Javelina and some bats who were coming to the pool for a drink of water.. there was also a concerning scratching noise going on at night, but we figured it was a bobcat or some other sort of wild animal. Overall, this property is clean comfortable and spacious. I would recommend. it is in close proximity to several restaurants, shopping and hiking.

Spacious and accommodating!

This home is little older, but in a nice neighborhood and in a great location. Walk to Safeway, Starbucks, etc. The heated pool and hot tub were a hit with the grandkids. The huge home gym was a hit with the adults! Extremely comfortable beds. Stocked well. Massive tv’s in every room. Clean, but well used. Responsive owner. Thank you!

Great location and view from the backyard.

Pretty good the main disappointment was the pool didn’t look very clean, they said it was windy, but I just didn’t look like a nice clean pool. They had somebody come clean it up, but we ended up never using it. On the other hand, the gym was great. Excellent equipment and, better than expected Paths were walkable in the neighborhood and two different trailheads, and the back deck was great dinners and the kitchen was well appointed Beds were comfortable Kitchen cabinets didn’t look very good some weird top of cabinet issues. Overall, we had a great stay

Perfect for our family reunion

The location is ideal! Walking distance to the Temple and easy access to lots of trails. The house is spacious and equipped with lots of fun activities for the kids, heated pool, jacuzzi, state of the art gym with an arcade, perfect for all the boys in our group. The beds are extremely comfortable and the view from the living room is stunning. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast for our large group. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. We saw a family of javelinas when we were walking around. The grocery store, restaurants and Starbucks are only a few blocks away. This house is perfect for a large group whether you’re looking to relax or to explore.

Thunder Mountain Views

The location of this property is excellent. Beautiful views of Thunder Mountain, various trails within minutes on foot, and close drives to all that Sedona has to offer. The house itself offers good space and an exceptional gym set up -- comparable to a small commercial gym! There were a few relatively minor maintenance items we brought to the attention of the owner. But I would definitely ask if they've replaced the mattress in the MBR, because that was worn out. Otherwise, this is a great property for several families or 3-4 couples.

We loved your home and what it had to offer. Our boys loved the basement! And pool! But the maintenance is lacking. Weeds growing in backyard, we attempted to remove pool toys but they were infested with spiders. The floating tubes were split and one was full of spiders. Front of hot tub coming off, trellises covering underside of patio near pool coming off. No handrails on stairs and pool is very dangerous for older people and children. Rug on outdoor patio near kitchen ragged. Table in dining room has nails poking out on corners and my son cut his hand on one. Many of these could be easily fixed. I, Mom, am very aware of surroundings and the safety of my family.

Bad experience

Arrived to a home that had not been cleaned with dirty linens and towels on the floor. The pool was not heated as requested (and paid for). On the first night two large leaks of water developed in the ceiling drenching our clothes and forcing us to leave the property. The owner did issue a full refund.
