Allt tillhandahålls så bara dyka upp och koppla av i detta mysiga pensionat med två sovrum. Detta är en utmärkt plats att koppla av i den privata trädgården och lyssna på de infödda fåglarna som visslar i busklandskapet bakom trädgården bakom och perfekt för mat inomhus / utomhus.

Enchanting property

We were blown away by this property. We had not expected the “in town” area but walking to the grocery and many places to shop were great, plus the fantastic back garden was amazing.

Fantastic house & town

The house is awesome, very spacious & clean with a great landscaped backyard backing onto the bush - a weka came out! Whakatane is the perfect town with bush growing right up to the town, a beautiful flat river walk for miles, heaps to do and we also went to Whale Island & got snapper & crayfish. Could not have asked for more. The hosts were lovely, especially as I was not very good trying to book, very helpful.

Great Place to Stay

Our whānau found this property a great place to stay. It was clean, large, and welcoming. The backyard was pretty, and we thoroughly enjoyed seeing the weka pair that visited us in the garden at times. Communication from the owner was clear and detailed. It was obvious they wanted the property to work for us, which we appreciated. We also loved its proximity to the fabulous Ōhope Beach (a very short drive away). Minor drawbacks were the fairly loud road noise (although not audible from the back garden), and the fact that there were a lot of the owners' things in places we needed to use, such as the fridge and pantry. But we worked round that. Overall however we were very happy. Whakatāne is an excellent town to visit.

Close to all amenities

Perfect positioning and a wonderfully set out house. Outside area gorgeous. So close to everything. Bit of traffic noise but didn't take long to get used to it. Had a great stay and and will definitely be booking again. Recommend the property to anyone.

Close to town

Nice place, warmed up quickly, all the facilities you could need in the kitchen apart from a dishwasher. Road was a bit noisy in the mornings but I guess that was the price of being so close to the centre.

Relaxing Environment

Well equipped lovely home with beautiful private garden. Plenty of space for our family of three to relax. Wifi and Sky TV. Off road parking, short walk to supermarket. Short drive from Ohope beach.

Beautiful

House is amazing. Very clean and tidy. Very close to the town and easy to find. The host are very welcoming, and info is provided before and when u arrive. There were a lot of essential on ur arrival to start u up. Only down for we had was that i wish we had stayed longer coz we loved it so much. I will definitely be booking again.

What a lovely house to stay at. Great location and from the moment you walk in the door I felt relaxed. The property was very well presented and was clean and inviting.
