Wonderful place

the house was warm and comfortable, very clean and within walking distance to old town. We enjoyed the view of the river from the living room, and were able to relax as planned.

Definitely earned a return visit!

This property was top notch and absolutely perfect for our long weekend stay. There were 6 of us (3 couples) - and this 3 bedroom house fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and beautifully decorated. Right on the river and walking distance to Old Town for shopping and great food. We will definitely be returning!

Perfect house for a family getaway

We were so impressed with the property that we booked a return visit within an hour of arriving. Beds were very comfortable and the internet speed was fantastic!

We had a great time . There was plenty to do for everyone. We toured the dunes, kayaked in the river

We are concerned about the water heater. It seems to be leaking.

Great Stay

This is a really great property! Loved the backyard along the river, the large great room with big picture windows and the proximity to Old Town Florence. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful home in Florence, Oregon

This home was exactly as described and an amazing find. It is beautifully decorated, stocked well, and very comfortable. The deck, fire pit, and back yard on the river were very much appreciated. The deer, seals, and birds were an added and unexpected bonus. The host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful stay

This house was perfect for our family (2 adults, 3 teens). Lots of space inside and out, beautiful view, close walk to Old Town, quiet and private. The home was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Communication with the host was great. The 11am checkout was appreciated too. An absolutely fantastic property.

Clean. Quiet. Well set.

This clean, uncluttered house was perfect for my family. Sand for toys (some provided), thorough communication of things that were down for maintenance or moved. Great, easy walk to old town. Will stay here again.

Oregon Roundtrip

Everything was fine except the mattresses in the the third bedroom which are not usable for an adult person. They are way too soft even for an average adult (6ft tall, 180lbs) resulting in basica lly sleeping on the rack. Unfortunately, the nights weren‘t really full of sleep for that member of our group.

Great Location, Beautiful Home

We met up here with our adult son & daughter and our son’s girlfriend for a lovely 3 night stay. Old town is only a block or two away, so we were able to walk there. We caught crab from the dock behind MO’s Restaurant & brought it home for dinner, flew a kite from the shore of the river directly out our back door, made S’mores around the fire pit in the backyard….the list goes on! We had everything we needed at our fingertips and the beds were very comfortable. Our host was very easy to communicate with. We will cherish the time we spent there & will definitely return!

Awesome house!

What a beautiful property! Our family enjoyed this house so much. The backyard was absolutely perfect for evenings with the fire pit and playing in the sand. The wildlife was so great to see too! When we arrived, the house was so clean and fresh smelling! Everything was perfectly setup and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back! Lovely host communications as well!!!

Perfection

My friends and I are so impressed with this home, light filled and bright, beautifully furnished, well appointed kitchen, absolutely clean everywhere, spacious deck, and fabulous view! One small thing, the master room shower is a bit snug, however, it works perfectly.

Perfect Florence get-away

We had another amazing stay in this beautiful home. Gorgeous views of the dunes, river and birds. Quiet neighborhood a short walk from downtown made for easy shopping and eating out, although we prepared most of our meals in the spacious kitchen. And the large dining table again made puzzling and board games the center of our family time in the house. Thank you for opening your home for our family again this holiday season!

Perfect house minutes from the beach

The house is clean, spacious and perfect for a family. The kids had their own bedrooms and bath separate from the master suite. Back yard was tranquil and we enjoyed the two deer that visited every morning and evening. The view of the river and sand dunes is stunning. House is located only a few blocks from the quaint downtown Florence area and a short drive to the beach. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend this great house in an easy location

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was light, bright and open with great views of the river. The deck and firepit gave us nice outdoor space to relax. The owners do a great job having all you need for your stay. Many times you get to a house and half the items you need are not there. Overall it was a great stay and we really enjoyed the house and the area. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for this area, you will be happy you chose this house.

Nice location with fabulous view

Really liked the house and the views of the river and sand dunes across the water. Walls are a little thin between kitchen and master bedroom so you could hear any activity in the kitchen, as well as the heater by the bedroom door. Other than that we enjoyed the house very much. Layout of the house worked well for 2 couples. Liked being able to walk to old town.

Beautiful!

Absolutely wonderful stay. Close to old town Florence so we could easily walk and shop with our 8 year olds. The view from the house was amazing, especially with snow on the dunes across the river. What an amazing site. We enjoyed doing puzzles and board games at the huge table, and the kids took turns making dinner in the well stocked kitchen. Lovely holiday vacation for our family allowing us to visit with grandparents/great grandparents in the area.
