Its a very quiet development.Palmas del Mar is a complete develoment.There a more than 3000 acres.We have schools , bank,restaurants,beach,yacht club,golf courses,hotels,tennis complex,walking trail,forest,bycicle trails,fishing,lakes,etc.When you stay here,its more than just a room,its a house with outside space for activities.

A Lovely Stay

The property was perfect for our trip! It had all the amenities we needed and was easy to locate. Communication with the host was wonderful and they made sure we had all the information we needed prior to arrival. Parking was easy and we felt very safe the entire stay. Everything was clean and comfortable - we really had a wonderful time! Would stay here again!

Will stay here again

All of our expectations were exceeded. The area is beautiful and the property is as described. The host is easy to work with and welcoming. Highly recommend choosing this for your PR vacation! We will definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Cozy and well located

Very nice and cozy apartment. Quiet neighborhood. Suitable for 5-6. Walking distance to Palmanova and Volea (great for drinks and hamburgers).

Family vacation

Very clean, well equipped beautiful property. The only issues I found was how much I had to walk from the parking lot to get to it, you need a key to enter a pool and that there is no cable tv. Also the beach is this area of the island is dangerous. Thanks for everything.

Stop searching, this is the one!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Property has several little details that make you feel welcome and comfortable; Good beds, just what we need after a long day at beach, A lot of accessories (like beach chairs, game boards, shampoo, washer - dryer and detergent... just to name a few) The neighborhood is upscale and gated with plenty of security. The only small problem we had, was controlling the hot-cold water mix in the shower of the secondary bathroom, nothing too complicated or bad. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. Overall a great experience. If we come back to the island, we will rent this property again.

Awesome Stay!

As advertised - nice, clean and safe place. Beautiful views from the porch. Perfect location - walking distance from pool, tennis courts and cafe/bar. Excellent communication with the owner (Ruben). Only minor issue we had was that coffeemaker didn't work, but we got a brand new replacement from Ruben within hours of reporting it. Will definevely book again on my next trip to Puerto Rico.

Its a nice area,quiet,safe in a first floor with a patio. The resort is very nice and has tennis courts,golf,fishing,boats,bicycle trails,walking trails,beach,restaurants,church,school,security.Its a lovely place to retire.
