North of the noise and saturated color of the Quarter is a New Orleans neighborhood thatâs perfected the art of living. âWelcome to Mid-City,â read the signs on the neutral ground. And thatâs truth in advertising. Itâs the kind of place where your auto mechanic invites you to a crawfish boil and a total stranger may buy you a drink at an Irish pub or a cannoli at an Italian bakery. Take the red streetcar line up Canal to the Cemeteries (Mid-Cityâs dead neighbors are as interesting as the live ones) or bike the new 2.6-mile-long Lafitte Greenway that stretches from Basin Street to Carrollton Avenue and, conveniently, past a poâ boy shop or two â or 17 â with a sno-ball shop and a micro-brewery thrown in for good measure. Buttermilk biscuits. Live music. A bowl of Vietnamese pho. Who wouldnât want to visit? Eat. Drink. Get up here. Note this home is a duplex and the entire upstairs is occupied by other residents while the entire bottom floor is the space being offered.

** Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. Early check-in is available up to 1pm for $50 which is used to hire an extra cleaner to assist with servicing the property. Early check-in for before 1pm require booking the previous night at a discounted rate, if available. Contact host for details.
** Please review the house rules located in the rental agreement prior to booking.
**Pets Allowed but only pets under 25lbs. If you're bringing more than 1 pet please send us a message before booking. Pets must be kenneled when left alone in the space. Guest must clean up in yard after pets or incur $50 charge. Pets not allowed in beds/on furniture.
**Exterior cameras present for verification of guest occupancy.
**We require a separate Rental Agreement and Virtual Check-in forms to be e-signed and completed after your booking.
**Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed cancellation period will be issued minus the Stripe processing fee.
**No off-street or reserved parking but street parking is usually available on the block. Please do NOT park in the neighbor's driveway as you may be subject to being towed. Street parking cannot be guaranteed and when utilizing street parking please make sure to adhere by city and state laws.
**Pack-n-play/highchairs must be reserved.
