Great place to stay!

We’ve stayed at several different locations near Orlando over the years, but this was by far the best. Private setting, great neighborhood , beautifully set up home, more amenities than we ever expected - way more than advertised! We hope to stay there again in the future!!

great setting

this was a lovely property. we were 8 people, the pool was a little small for our group. we had issues with the kitchen sink clogging every time we used the garburator so we quite using it, after we had to have someone out for the second time. they were quick to come help us!overall we loved our stay, the kitchen is well stocked!

Great house!

Was perfect for 3 couples all with ensuite baths! Full bath in playroom up and another full bath across the hall fr down bedroom. Pool & hottub worked & we purchased heat to be sure we could use early March! Quiet location in resort. Resort had great restaurants, great walking, & bike rentals.

Great home

Family vacation with ages ranging from 43 to 7 months. The house is amazing. It has everything you could possibly need. Quiet neighborhood. Great communication. The beds are extremely comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous with everything you need. The pool area is perfect… even has a bathroom and shower! Tons a pool toys. The communication with the owner was top notch. A couple of things… every ceiling fan in the house is loud… no matter the speed so they’re basically unusable. The AC temp is locked at a min degree so it does get warm especially without the fans. Also, paid for pool heat which was not worth the price. Everyone said the pool was too cold to swim in and there was no way to adjust the temp nor did it have a thermometer. The good points of this home definitely outweigh the bad! Would rent again!!!

Overall the house was great. Kitchen stocked with utensils. They only give you one pod for dishwasher which was not enough for a week long reservation. Also to get hot water to the kitchen sink you had to let the water run a long time We had some issues with the heat in the pool/hot tub. Heater seemed to not work after about 8-9 oclock PM which was when we wanted to sit in the hot tub. One night it would work and then the next it would not heat. Great variety of things to do both at the house and around the resort. We would stay here again if in the area.

Great space, lots of games available and in great shape. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub along with pool table and ping pong for our group of an adults (parents and spouses). Location to Disney and area needs was excellent!

The property was clean, the pool is plenty big for lots of kids and adults, plenty of room for everyone. We really enjoyed the privacy and quiet neighborhood.

Great location for golfing

Villa was in the perfect location for golfing. Villa was clean and tidy. During the hurricane there was communication from the manger of the villa which was great.

Stay with friends

For a group of 6 friends the home was absolutely perfect. It was spotlessly clean and contained absolutely everything you could want for an enjoyable stay All the bedrooms were spacious with on suite facilities and very comfortable large beds. The outside area was also great, with a nice clean pool and plenty of space for everyone to chill out. The only thing that we thought was missing was an information book providing details about the home, estate and surrounding area, we all agr d that this would have been useful Overall We would definitely recommend the home to others, and as a side note we found the neighbour to be approachable and helpful so don’t let previous comments put you off

Will stay again

This house exceeded expectations. Very clean, beautiful, spacious, and well stocked with kitchen essentials and pool floatation/toys. We did have a complaint from neighbor next door but PLEASE DO NOT let that deter you from renting. According to security he complains about everyone and it was not an issue nor did it stop us from having fun outside. Definitely will rent again in future.

Spacious House With Excellent Property Managers

Everything listed was true. This home was a gem. So much space for 7 people that you never had to worry about being on top of each other. Pool was perfect as well as backyard for grilling. Every amenity you could ever need is there. Different types of cookware, dishes, glasses and utensils. And the property manager - excellent communication. By far the best I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend.

Great Stay!

Beautiful Property and very spacious inside. The driveway was a lot smaller than what’s pictured online. Could have been cleaner inside (dusty, carpet dirty, MR comforters seemed dirty). Gave an overall rating of 4 because the family enjoyed the amenities inside home a lot, and property management always responded immediately with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend for large family stay.

Great Family Destination

This property is so clean and very well equipped…especially the kitchen. Many extra towels. Loved the location. We had a wonderful time. Couple things…could use some extra pillow cases Paid to have pool and hot tub heated and neither were warm nor hot tub temperatures Also neighbor called the police on us and when I say we were a family with a speaker sitting by the pool that were laughing not screaming or swearing and it was 2 pm in the afternoon…not cool

Work stay

Good property, probably better suited for family or friends. Not all the rooms have bathrooms. Logistically with co workers we made it work. Quiet street, property management was attentive and took care of minimal issues that arose.

Family Disney Trip

Fantastic home ! Very spacious, clean well equipped. Great communication with owner. Fantastic location. Will definitely stay here again. Family loved the home can’t express how well maintained and equipped it was. We loved the game room , all the games and tons of pool toys for the kids. No complaints 5 stars ! Only issue we had day 1 was our 5 year old was excited swimming in pool at 7:30 pm making moderate 5 year old noise neighbor next door yelled to keep it down at 7:30 pm called security . It was a bit ridiculous. After that we were incredibly mindful of any noise but felt like we weren’t letting kids be kids . We respected and understood her concerns but this was a family vacation and we weren’t unruly or disrespectful. Overall the property is amazing and highly recommended

Beautiful house

Beautiful house, great quiet location in gated community. Checkin isn’t until 4pm which is extremely late for most flights come in before noon. Emailed and called management company when we got to the house and asked if we could for a early checkin fee but they said it wasn’t ready so we waited outside the house for 1 and 1/2 hours before they let us in. The house was completely ready as nobody else showed up to clean or anything the entire time we sat and waited. The door code was activated at 4pm so they easily could have let us in early.

Everything went reasonably well, place is big and spacious, looks a bit tired in places but we enjoyed all of the facilities, particularly the pool area, table tennis and pool table.

Enjoyed our stay

This house was awesome! Very clean , and spacious. Loved the layout of the home. We had a family of 10. The kitchen was well stocked, with cooking essentials. Lots of eating space. We loved that there were plenty of games….arcade and board, to keep the kids busy! The community was vey nice. Lots of luxury high end homes. A few things were damaged when we got there, and I reported it to the property manager. We had issues with ants, but the exterminator came the next day and was very friendly. Also had issues with lights and plugs not working in 2 of the bed rooms. We called to report and the came the same day. However, the went back out. Things to know: If you are staying more than a couple of days, you will need to purchase things like dishing detergent and laundry detergent, toilet tissues, trash bags. There is a card for access to the community pools. One was within walking distance to the house. Not sure where the other pools were. Would have been nice to have a map of the property. There is a bathroom with storage closet outside near the pool area. The putt putt golf tools and pool floats were stored here. Overall we were well pleased! Would definitely stay here again.

Memorial Day Week

The house is lovely, and really is perfect for a family vacation; however, there were a few problems. The electric breaker for two of the bedrooms kept tripping, and would have to be reset. It was NOT tripping when we were using hairdryers, etc, but just seemed to trip at some point every day. When this happened, daily, there was no air conditioning in those rooms. They sent an electrician out,but he did not fix the problem. He tried, but it didn’t help. Also, there is a nice pool on the back, but when we tried to sit outside and enjoy it as a family, the people next door complained that we were too loud. We were honestly making a modest amount of noise. We had a two year old and a ten year old. They were making normal, kids-playing-in-a-pool noise. We weren’t playing music or hollering, so all of us felt that was a problem. And it wasn’t late at night. It was in the late afternoon. And they complained three days in a row, once calling the security guard who told us that he didn’t hear anything but normal kids playing in a pool. Once they just yelled loudly over the fence at our kids. These issues were disappointing and definitely need to be addressed. I do also think that you shouldn’t have to pay extra for the water in a hot tub to be warm. Just my opinion. Other than these issues, we had a nice stay! The house is very nice, even if a bit misleading in size, as it appears in the pictures!
