Coco Cabana ligger vid 309 A 58th St i Holmes Beach är ett vackert hus med tre sovrum med två badrum med en privat uppvärmd pool. Detta bottenvåningshus har allt du kan önska dig, bara några kvarter till stranden och nära till shopping och restauranger. Efter en dag på stranden kom tillbaka och fortsätt att varva ner vid poolen.
Coco Cabana kommer att sova sex med två king size-sängar och två enkelsängar, det finns också en queen size-bäddsoffa. Varje sovrum har en TV, alla ansträngningar har gjorts för att skapa en avslappnad, komma undan för hela familjen.

Wonderful until the Hurricane

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the house, and the pool. Very well kept and clean. Unfortunately we had to vacate after 2 days due to Hurricane Ian. There was a mandatory evacuation of Anna Maria Island. Hopefully we can plan another trip and be able to stay the entire week. The 2 days we were at the house we were very satisfied

The New Year at Coco Cabana

Reviewer Comments: Although the cleaning company was there until 4:30pm on check in day it was manageable. The house was very nice, clean and located close to everything we wanted. A hot tub would have been nice seeing that it was a bit chilly a few days. Washing machine needed a repair which was done quickly. All in all a very nice property.

Our rental experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was not only a much needed oasis to relax and decompress from a very hectic life, it felt like our private paradise pool area. I love the water, my happy place, and we spent a lot of time out back. The kitchen (and entire unit) was hands-down the best stocked place we've ever visited (and we've stayed at many rentals). I love to cook and everything I could ask for was there! We spent evenings watching sunsets on beach. Thank you for sharing your piece of heaven with us.:-)

The property is immaculately clean and very well stocked with everything you would need in a “home away from home”. We loved the pool area - so private and tropical We had the excitement of Hurricane Eta pass over us during our stay. Christine and Jerry - the owners - as well as the management company Island Vacation Properties - made sure we were safe and knew how to contact them. The cottage is so convenient to everything we wanted - beach, restaurants, shops and bars. We love AMI and hope to stay at this hidden gem in the future. Thanks Christine and Jerry for sharing your place! Our 10 year anniversary was very memorable.

Coco Cabana - Love It

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: May, 2020We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coco Cabana! It was a hard decision each day between the pool, the beach, or both! The pool set up with the chairs, table, tiki hut, and landscaping was resort level! The house is well maintained and fully set up for renters including kitchen needs, pool/beach towels, and pool/beach floats, chairs, umbrellas. We had stayed off AMI before but we did prefer this location as we were able with a short drive/golf cart up to the Doughnut Experiment and Two Scoops ice cream on the north end of the island. We will definitely look for this house again when we return to AMI.

First time, but not last on Anna Maria.

We had zero issues with our rental and found the management company to be easily accessible and knowledgeable. The home was beautiful with beach decor throughout. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The kitchen is very well appointed and we had everything we could possible need. The pool was perfect for our four children and going to the beach was easy and convenient with the beach wagon and all beach supplies you could need. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone. The location is great with The Ugly Grouper right at the end of the street and many shops and restaurants just a short walk or golf cart ride away.
