Mysig lÀgenhet, totalrenoverad Är 2011 i modern och glad stil (nya möbler och utrustning). SöderlÀge med direkt utsikt över backarna och bergen.

Denna lÀgenhet pÄ 25 m2 har den sÀllsynta funktionen att ha ett separat sovrum med ett fönster mot söder ocksÄ.

LÀgenheten har ocksÄ en separat toalett (sÀllsynt ocksÄ) och ett badrum med badkar och elektrisk handdukstork och hÄrtork.

Köket Àr fullt utrustat till nio (tallrik, mikrovÄgsugn, diskmaskin, ...) med det nödvÀndiga för 4 personer max.

Matsalen presenteras i form av ett bord med avföring för 4 gÀster.

Vardagsrummet Àr utrustat med en bÀddsoffa som erbjuder 2 bÀddar (2 x 80 cm separat eller kopplas) bekvÀmt.

Absolutely loved this place! A great stay!!

We loved everything about this property! The accommodation was clean, modern and had everything we needed! We wanted a separate bedroom and the bedroom was large and had lots of wardrobe space! The living room area was also a lot bigger than the photos looked, and the kitchenette had everything we needed. The view from the balcony is great and the balcony is spacious. Check in was easy (you need to go to the little key collection area next to the front of the building). We were concerned about previous reviews saying it was noisy at night but we didn’t have any issues with this at all, guess it depends who else is there at the time! We couldn’t get the boot heater to work with hot air but that might have just been us! The bathroom was big and has a bath too. You did need to bring your own towels and bedsheets which we are glad we messaged to ask before we went. We loved this stay, thank you and we will definitely return if coming back to VT.

The property was in perfect condition. Heating and hot water was awesome. Everything was kindly arranged. The only problem which is very common in Val Thorens is noisy neighbours. Most of the nights it was impossible to sleep until 2-3 am but it is not the owners fault apperantely.

False advertising from dodgy host

I had booked this so-called "rare" apartment 6 months ago when it was advertised as south facing Val Thorens view 33 m2 one bedroom apartment and 2 days before arriving the host changed it to a tiny 17 m2 studio north facing studio with two tiny hard wooden bunk beds one in the kitchen/living room and one in the hall way. We are a married couple in our 50s who had travelled all the way from Sydney Australia to Val Thorens to be treated like backpackers! We had paid a lot of money for it for one week and the host initially promised to refund us the difference in accommodation quality refused to do so even though for the same week in Dec 2024 it is advertised for less than half what we paid for. I have travelled and skied extensively all over the world and have never been duped so badly like this. DO NOT stay here with this host unless you want your well earned holiday to be ruined!

Booked this “rare” property 6 months ago 33 m2 north facing with Val Thorens view and 2 days before arrival owner changed to a tiny 17 m2 studio south facing with tiny separate bunk beds looking like a dungeon. He cited emergency problem but when you pay good money for crap accommodation and owner simply told you to lump it. It’s pathetic! Stay away from this host because he doesn’t care about ruining your holiday!

Great location cozy apartment

Great location from boot room can ski down to slopes. Elevator was a great bonus but one day it did not work. The apartment is small but has every thing for 2 people. Even some English tv stations. Shower was always warm. Apartment was a little warm / stuffy but can open balcony door. Nice balcony and dish washer. Can easily walk from bus station with luggage near supermarkets and restaurants. Great little apartment for skiing.

Ideal location for ski in ski out close to all local amenities - comfortable tidy accommodation with great use of space , variety of utensils and appliances to make the stay ideal - bonus having a fabulous south facing balcony with great views of VT Would highly recommend Jane

Superbe sĂ©jour ! Nous Ă©tions 3 jeunes de 20 Ă  25 ans et avons rĂ©servĂ© cet appartement une semaine durant le mois de FĂ©vrier. Rien Ă  dire, les photos sont conformes Ă  l'appartement qui est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© Ă  tous les niveaux. Une trĂšs jolie salle de bain, une belle chambre avec un grand lit + un lit 1 place qui se range sous le canapĂ© (trĂšs pratique), une trĂšs belle vue depuis le balcon. Appartement recommandĂ© ! La rĂ©sidence est situĂ©e au pied des pistes et se trouve Ă  proximitĂ© de tous les commerces. On part de la rĂ©sidence skis aux pieds ! Magnifique ! Merci encore Ă  Thierry, propriĂ©taire de l’appartement, trĂšs agrĂ©able, sympathique et disponible, se souciant du bien - ĂȘtre de ses locataires. A refaire au plus vite ! TrĂšs bien, super emplacement !

Super semaine dans ce bel appartement bien équipé, fonctionnel et moderne avec chambre séparée et literie confortable. La vue depuis le balcon ensoleillé est magnifique ! Résidence au pied des pistes directement en sortant du local à skis, parfait pour profiter du domaine skiable grandiose des 3 vallées. Convenient Quiet & Comfortable

Thank you Thierry for all the help as this was our 1st trip to Val Thorens. We should not have been at all concerned. Your beautiful apartment is exactly as depicted in the photos. The ski locker directly opposite the ski door onto the track maintained by piste groomer was truly unbelievable. Ski down from Cairn Gondola straight to the door in less than a minute. To start straight down the track onto Plein Sud Blue and you are within a choice of routes into the magnificent 3 valleys. The centre of Val Thorens with a large Carrefour and super Delicatessen beside is max 5 minute walk thru Sports Centre & Shopping Mall. We really appreciated the location offering convenience to the towns great restaurants. Can't wait to get our party organised for next year.

Nous Ă©tions 2 adultes et un enfant de 11 ans. L'appartement Ă©tait idĂ©al pour nous : cosy, fonctionnel et chaleureux. L'appartement correspond tout Ă  fait Ă  la photo. La vue est magnifique, on quitte l'appartement skis aux pieds. A 2 minutes Ă  pied de tous les commerces, c'est pratique quand il neige. Pour le couchage, il y a une chambre sĂ©parĂ©e avec deux grands placards pour ranger la valise et les vĂȘtements. Dans le salon, le canapĂ© dispose d'un lit 1 personne dessous qui se glisse trĂšs facilement (c'est trĂšs pratique car il est sorti/rangĂ© en 30 secondes). La cuisine est suffisamment Ă©quipĂ©e pour pouvoir cuisiner tous les jours. Le lave-vaisselle est trĂšs pratique (prĂ©voir les pastilles) pour Ă©viter la corvĂ©e de vaisselle. Les Ă©changes avec le propriĂ©taire ont Ă©tĂ© agrĂ©ables et efficaces. Nous recommandons sans hĂ©siter cet appartement. Pour info, nous avons mangĂ© dans le restaurant "Au mazot", rue Caron. Nous le recommandons vivement! Le cadre est chaleureux, les plats trĂšs bons et les serveurs trĂšs souriants. Par contre, il vaut mieux rĂ©server car nous n'avons pas pu y manger une deuxiĂšme fois...

Perfect for us

Thierry was pleasant and professional in all his communications. The apartment was well-located in the village. There was no noise apart the slopes being prepared in the mornings which is a good wake-up call to get on the piste! It is well-heated and the fixed boot dryer is a wonderful idea. Every ski apartment should have one. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you could possibly need including an air vaporiser with aromatherapy oil - great for the dry air at this altitude. It was clean and felt spacious because it was cleverly laid-out. There is a great view from the good sized balcony (see image!). The ski locker was secure and it is true that the apartment is ski-in ski-out. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of cupboard space. (The only thing that would have been useful would be a set of drawers for small clothing items.) The whole apartment was modern and newly refurbished. I would not hesitate to rent this apartment again and may do next winter! Thank you for a lovely holiday Thierry!

Appartement agréable , bien décoré, avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes, bien situé dans la station, jolie salle de bain et comportant tout le matériel utile pour faire la cuisine. Propriétaire trÚs disponible. Parfait pour 2 ou 3 personnes mais un peu petit pour 4.
