Tyst och fridfullt pensionat

Vi lutar oss bakom vägen med lugn och ganska men ändå stora bekvämligheter. Enkel körning till Tampa eller Orlando men bara några kvarter från Wal-Mart och Publixs.
Privat gästsvit fäst vid slutet av huset med egen veranda och egen ingång. Utanför bakdörren till sviten finns en pool och skärmad i uteplats är du välkommen att använda. Lovely, quiet and peaceful

We have absolutely no complaints about our stay here. We stayed for 3 nights. One evening we hosted some of our friends, Tammy was very helpful and accommodating, and let us use area with our friends as well. I would come back here in a heartbeat

Perfect getaway

Nice and peaceful guesthouse

The guesthouse was very nice! It had everything we needed and was close to town. The owner was very helpful and we enjoyed watching the chickens every morning. We would stay here again!

Very nice place to stay

Tammy was a great host. We had no problems while we were there. Tammy gave us some farm fresh eggs from her chickens, that were delicious. She was friendly attentive but not overly so. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Top Notch Place!

This guest house is so lovely, you'll want to make it your home. Tammy, the host, was a pleasure to deal with. She took our booking on short notice (the day before!) and even let us check in early. The bedroom was huge, plenty of dresser space and closet space, the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was large, and had a great shower. The kitchen had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. These are high-end accommodations! Everything was very clean. We loved the high ceilings, comfortable furniture, lots of closet space in every room! We didn't use the pool, but the setting was lovely and there was easy access to it through the bathroom. Our dog also loved the yard, plenty of room for her to sniff about. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Quaint Cottage

This was such a lovely stay for my family and I. The rental was very clean and well stocked. As many others before have mentioned, the host was extremely kind and generous even going so far as to offer us eggs from the chickens on the property. The location is just outside of town but close enough you can pop in for anything you may need. The pool was clean and we had a wonderful stay!

This is such a cute guess house. Property owner is super sweet and greeted us upon arrival. She gave us fresh eggs from her chickens on site as well as great advice about the area and places to shop and eat. The home is cozy, Clean and very comfortable.

Never Rented one of these places so did not know what the expect.

Tammy was wonderful, shes a great host, shes there when you need her, but gives you privacy to enjoy your stay with your family. She brought us fresh eggs from her chickens to enjoy for breakfast. The rental was very clean inside, and pool was always ready to be used. It is screened in which is great to keep extra bugs out and help you enjoy late evening swims. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and Cute!

Amazing property. Very clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The property is not in the greatest neighborhood, but is on a large parcel of land that separates you. Owner has incredible security on the property and we felt very safe. Owner/host was very friendly and accommodating.

Home Away From Home!

This property is a "must-stay" if you are looking to make the Zephyrhills area your home base while visiting Florida. From the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect. Tammy is a lovely host and made sure we were comfortably settled in upon our arrival. The guest suite is beautifully maintained and thoughtfully furnished. It truly felt like a home away from home. Tammy's hospitality and responsiveness throughout our stay helped to make our vacation so relaxing and enjoyable. Being able to swim each morning in the beautiful backyard pool was incredible and having the chicken coop on the property provided us with the most delicious eggs we’ve ever tasted! Our experience at this VRBO met our expectations in every way, and we would not hesitate to give it a glowing 10 out of 10. Thank you once again, Tammy, for sharing your home with us and for making our trip to Florida the mini-vacation we were hoping for. We look forward to returning in the future!

Perfect!

My family of 4 stayed here while we visited family and made a trip to Legoland (which is only an hour drive). Tammy is an amazing host who was happy to help us in any way. The bed was extremely comfortable and new curtains blocked out any light from the outside that previous guests had commented on. The kitchen is stocked with all the things needed to cook and if you need something else, Tammy is happy to bring it over. The location of the property is in a nice little area that is down the road from shopping. Tammy has a beautiful property for guests to enjoy along with the pool off the back of the house. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

Nice & Clean

This stay was a guest house and owner in front and I was aware of this. Beginning process was nice until I got there. I didn’t feel comfortable with my stay. From seeing one of the host and he didn’t speak at all once we spoke. I was messaging the host about the chickens, washer and the pool. No response the rest of my stay Felt like it was a race thing and me and my husband our black. When we first arrived we wasn’t greeted or even looked at when we ran into one of the owners. Seem to not be friendly at all and stand offish. I do understand we want a private stay but it doesn’t hurt to greet your guess when you’re face to face with your guess. Bad enough we are way in the back house and the outside is like a Forrest scary movie 🌳. Seems like they will try to make their guess comfortable but I guess not. Speaking and replying back only takes 1 second. I left one day early due to not being comfortable but it was what it is. I want be back. But the property was overall clean and nice.
