Prefect! House was clean & stocked with everything we needed. Location was great...short drive to eveything but still tucked away. The resort pool was literally across the drive way which was amazing!Very easy check-in & check-out process. My family will definitely be back.

Perfect Location

Rooms were clean, place was clean. House has definitely been rented a lot needs a few cosmetic repairs but overall good. Location is what is best about this house! Directly across from the pool, 5 minutes from the main drag, the island and other destination spots in Pigeon Forge.

The cabin was nice, only issue is that the upstairs bedroom gets extremely hot. The a.c. unit doesn't support the upper floor. The fridge went out on us on the main floor, so we had to run back and forth downstairs for food and beverages. They did send someone out to check it out. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves. The location is great, close to everything.

It was an ok stay

Well when we first arrived the door handle to the side door deck was laying on the table. Could not use that door, also the refrigerator door handle was broken off too. The upstairs is really hot no air really goes up there. Then the downstairs was freezing. The carpet was really stained and dirty. The pool was closed for maintenance until the last day we was there. My granddaughter finally got to swim. The cabin is cute but it needs work and updated some. But overall was still a great vacation.

Fantasic place to stay

Absolutely great place to stay in pigeon forge! Great location, you feel very secluded but you’re less than 5 minutes from the main strip. Was Cleaned absolutely spotless when we arrived, and was very homey. Will absolutely stay here again when we come back to pigeon forge!

Lots of pros!

Pros: location, size, info provided for nearest grocery store/restaurants/urgent care. Quick repair of washer (brand new but water wasn’t turned on to it). Portable heaters provided for lowest level, which we did need and use. Hot tub. Hair dryers provided. Plenty of towels. Cons: only 1 large trash bag provided inside. Downstairs not vacuumed well (including staircase). All carpet is stained and looks rough. Hangers in closets can’t be removed so you have to stretch the neck of shirts over them. Would be nice to have hooks for coats near door or a rod & hangers in the closet near the kitchen for coats. Main floor bedroom closet full of vacuums and fake plants so difficult to hang clothes in there. Would definitely stay there again.

Christmas Vacation 2023

Overall good experience. Did not feel like the cleaning crew done a good job out cleaning before our visit, but did not keep us from enjoying our stay.

Great cabin! Great community!

Nine of us stayed here, and by having three different levels to spread out on we never felt cramped at all. The cabin was beautiful, the area was lovely, and we were so close to everything! We will definitely be back.

Overall Good Experience

The location was wonderful and we enjoyed the pool being so close for the kids. The only issue we had was the hot tub did not work the entire time of our stay after reporting it. A technician came out but it still would not work properly. I was also aggravated due to the renters before us trash not being picked up before or stay due to the instructions saying we needed to take the trash out and if we overfilled the trash cans we would be charged. We could not take our trash to the recycling center due to it being Sunday and they were all closed. Hopefully we will not be charged an additional fee.

Pleasantly surprised

I'm not going to lie, I wasn't expecting much from the photos but to my surprise, the cabin was much nicer in person! Could the carpet be replaced?... sure. Was the 3rd floor a wee bit too hot during the day?... sure. But overall the location was amazing for pigeon forge activities, the pool is right across the street, it was clean, it came with plenty of fans, extra blankets, a pack and play and all the kitchen appliances/tools we needed for a great stay. I also love that the bottom floor was perfect for adult night with the pool table, hot tub and a fridge for drinks in the same area so that we could enjoy ourselves while the kids were asleep upstairs. I would definitely stay again!

Nice house, but hot tub didn’t work

The house is in a great location in a convenient neighborhood. It is laid out well with a bedroom and bathroom on each of the three levels. None of the bathrooms are en suites, but that didn’t bother us. The house is extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The floors squeak with almost every step you take. So if people on the floor above you are walking around, you will definitely hear them. The hot tub did not work. I called the contact number for the management company, it took several hours for a response and several days for a technician to fix it. One technician that came to assess the issue left the door unlocked after they left and we weren’t there. When we returned, we felt a little uneasy after we discovered the unlocked door. After a few days, the hot tub finally worked, but it was heated to an unsafe level of 107 degrees. We were not warned about that issue and luckily knew that temperature can be dangerous. It took more time and effort on our part to get the temp to an acceptable level. We were there Sunday - Friday, but could only use the hot tub 1 day.

Great weekend getaway!

We absolutely loved this cabin! Very clean. The layout was perfect for us. My husband and I came with two other couples and a bedroom and bath on each level was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Good not great

I realize that holiday rates made this a bit more that it might normally be, but it is not worth what we paid for it. Hot tub didn’t work, carpets were dirty, bed on main floor was not comfortable. It was all clean and well supplied but by our best experience
