Fast communication with owners. Clean location — Had everything we needed. We loved visiting feeding the ducks, fish and turtles — such a fun addition. Would book here again!

Super cute

It was a little hard to find but well worth it. Once you were on the property, it was beautiful. We had two precious ducks greet us. We later went to the pond to feed them and the turtles. It was clean and cute. Perfect place to stay.

Great stay in spacious property

Everything was great with the property. Easy check-in and quick communication with owner. The living area, kitchen, and bedrooms were very spacious for our party of 3 adults and 2 small dogs. The single bathroom is large and has two sinks w/ mirrors. The pond with gazebo is a nice touch. We enjoyed feeding the ducks and walking the dogs around the pond.

Guys deer camp weekend

We are new to a deer lease near here and this is the perfect place for us to stay - especially when the wives come- they prefer the comforts of home- and heck who are we kidding- so do us guys! The hosts are amazing!!!

Peaceful property

We rented this for my daughter’s college graduation and it was perfect for our family. It felt like a peaceful little getaway. We loved the ducks.

So cute

Just like the Pink Door on the opposite side of the building, this rental is cute and clean! The owner is very helpful. The setting is pretty and peaceful. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and peaceful

We had an over night stay on the way to a motorcycle rally. I could of stayed there for weeks. Very nice place. Great coffee bar. Comfortable beds. A peaceful pond with deck and the sweetest lil duck. Highly recommended

Love this place

This is our second stay and not our last. We love staying here. It is so quiet and peaceful and restful. We love the duck pond and the two ducks and turtles. A perfect place for any type of getaway.

Relaxing

Clean and each room has individual mini split so each person was able to set temperature to their liking. After a day of labor sat on dock had a few drink and cooked out. Was absolutely peaceful.

Great place for family gathering

We had both the upstairs and downstairs cottages and it was a great place for our family to gather for a celebration. Loved the cottages and the pond area. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with.

East Texas Cottage

Really nice little house for me and my buddies from school to meet up. Was looking for a place that was in the center of Houston, Texarkana and Waco and this was it. Clean, well maintained and reasonable, with a pond complete with ducks, turtles and frogs. Will definitely stay there again.

Big weekend

Found this wonderful place for our stay over SFA Graduation weekend. We really enjoyed the deck that overlooked the pond. We loved the resident ducks and the property owners had a really friendly dog to welcome us. The house was nice and the AC worked extremely well.
