This private suite DOES NOT include breakfast. Located on the bottom floor of a home, situated on a 0.33 acre lot with a large pool in a quiet neighborhood. The property has a privacy fence, large patio, outdoor eating area and fire pit (wood, etc. not provided). Fire extinguisher is provided. The suite has a separate entrance with a bedroom, sunroom and full bathroom (large shower). Queen bed, leather furniture, extra large towels and bath sheets. Also includes a stainless steel 3/4 fridge/freezer and microwave. Other amenities include a Keurig coffee maker, water, coffee, tea, iron, ironing board, blow dryer, exercise equipment, board games and a portable work station. Wi-fi is included with Roku free channels. Parking is available on the street in front of the property. Temporary parking is allowed in the driveway for offloading. Communication/coordination with the host prior to check in will make your contactless check in and stay seamless and enjoyable. See you soon!

cozy quiet clean

Very clean quiet space with access to inground pool and private bardyard/ deck area. Very relaxing to sit on deck and bird watch.close to FSU was a bonus Host provided thoughful items you may need.

Perfect weekend stay

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights end of November. Host was very easy to reach, set the heat for us before we arrived, and we had a very nice weekend. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again. Totally private. Only limitations, would not recommend for anybody that has trouble walking (like using a cane), steep driveway down and access is through back yard, over slated grassy area.

Perfect game weekend stay

Clean property. Nice neighborhood. Host had a few snacks and water bottles for us. Host had some toiletries provided. Overall great stay. Host definitely makes you feel like a welcome guest. Looking forward to staying again in the future. Great host!!!

We loved the property! My husband & I were able to walk to the FSU campus to enjoy a game. It was extremely clean, quiet & in a nice neighborhood. I would definitely recommend this place to stay:)

Great stay!

Communication was great from the time of booking through checkout. Rosie made sure to check and see if anything was needed and if our stay was going well. The property was nice and clean. The access to the pool was a plus.

Fantastic stay

Very clean, comfortable and everything I could have needed was there. I had a few zoom meetings one morning and it was quiet and the Wi-Fi worked great. The pool and yard are beautiful. Most importantly for me, as a woman traveling alone, I felt completely safe. It was a fantastic stay.

Best Vacation Ever

This cute little one bedroom oasis was perfect for my trip to Tallahassee. Everything was perfect and the owner always made sure I was comfortable and that someone was available if anything went wrong (nothing went wrong). Having access to a private pool at such an affordable price is so rare. If I get the chance to come back, I would definitely stay here again (and again and again.)

great 4 days

We were there for our daughter graduation . Very easy communication with owner. She was checking on us all the time to make sure everything is ok. Very clean, she had temperature that we like, H2O and bottle of wine ready. It was very quiet . In our case literally 3 miles from everywhere so about 5-10 min drive depends of traffic. We did not use pool but it was avaialble to us. I would recomended to anyone.
