Beläget precis runt hörnet från den ursprungliga Mama's Boy-restaurangen i stadsdelen Carr's Hill, är detta den perfekta platsen för att besöka den historiska universitetsstaden. Trevlig promenad till campus med endast $ 5 Uber var som helst i Aten. Visiting grad student daughter

We enjoyed our visit. It was nice to have own bathrooms and a kitchen. Kitchen was very well stocked as well. It was close to campus and easy to get to. We will stay again in the future. Thank you

Clean, quiet and safe

The townhouse was extremely clean. It’s at the end top and very quiet. A bad storm and strong winds came up and we didn’t hear nor experience any problems. The property owner was super nice and easy to contact and talk with. We had an excellent experience

Athens stay for The Masters

We stayed at the property for travel to Augusta for the Wednesday practice round. So convenient for the drive. Also, the house was so clean and comfortable. The restaurants in the area were also superior. We would definitely come back to Allison's house if we are lucky enough to get Masters tickets again.

Campus visit for softball game

Very cute and cozy place! Close to downtown but not right in downtown which is nice aa there is parking and it is very quiet.

Wonderful stay

Business trip - Had some after hour work sessions and good location for those who lived locally to join in. All the ammenities listed - and great check in /out process. Cleaning crew reported earrings left right away and owner resolved. Would stay againowner

Lovely place and a very short Uber to downtown Athens.

Alison was great to work with - made sure we got in the place ok and had everything we needed. Excellent hostess. The property was charming and most importantly - very clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway!

Property was exactly as described and the location is central to all of Athens attractions. The townhome is an end unit and the complex is very quiet and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great Location

Loved our stay

Thoroughly enjoyed visiting our daughter while in this unit. Ended up staying in and watching movies much of the weekend it was so cozy and well stocked. New go to place when I visit her.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay at this lovely townhome! Everything was so clean, cozy, and comfortable and we were so close to all Athens had to offer. Such quiet surroundings, plenty of parking, and an abundance of UGA decor! :) Allison's communication was awesome and we will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.
