Sensational Studio

Studio was very comfortable, quiet, and a great location! Also it was nice to have an outdoor patio to enjoy morning coffee. Easy walk to restaurants, Publix and Atlantic Avenue. An added bonus was that the Delray Affair was going on during my stay.

Perfect location, clean and cute, quiet, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Nice shower. Only qualm is bad washer and dryer and no cable tv if you want to watch like a football game or something. Can't wait to stay again though really loved it!!

Great cottage in a great location

A lovely cozy place to stay in Delray that is relaxing and convenient. Very comfortable bed being a great feature. Additionally, the private patio for coffee in the morning is a fine way to start the day. The natural stone shower and and artwork around the unit are also fun features that make it unique. Hudge TV. It is easy walking distance to several restaurants and stores in the area.

Living on Love Street” LA”

Everything was lovely’ and clean. Could have had more than 2 towels and TP for the week. Had to buy. Minor confusion re: the owner working or living next door w people coming and going. But, Lovely man Matt” invited me to paint but unfortunately I always had plans. Took a rain check. Only sore spot was the construction which was abnormally loud across the street and too early to start (7:37am) when your a traveller tourist I mentioned to host emphatically. Want to return but require quiet environment esp at early am. Feel good” place!! Hope all this will improve and I would love to return to my Happy Place” in Delray !

Perfect Winter Getaway

Perfect for our needs. Just the right size for my wife and I and our two canine companions. The apartment is well appointed with essentials for a relaxing stay…large screen smart tv, tower stereo speaker for connecting a mobile device. The kitchen has all essentials without being cluttered with duplicates or things you’d never need. The private patio was also a nice touch. Thank you Vera

Cute, comfortable cottage. The actual place was just as described in the listing. Nice little patio, laundry in the kitchen and everything you need. The beach chairs and umbrella were nice and comfortable. My husband and I had a lovely stay!

very comfortable home away

My husband & I stayed here for the month of Feb. While small there was ample room for the 2 of us and the kitchen was large enough with good appliances to cook some of our meals. The location was great yet tucked in back away from the traffic. You will enjoy the artwork decorating this cottage inside and out by the resident artist!! The back patio was nice and we enjoyed morning coffee out there. Vera was most helpful and responded to our calls quickly. We would go back again and recommend this place for you to consider.

Nice Delray Cottage

Just finished a 10 day stay at this very clean and updated studio “cottage” in Delray. It's tucked away behind an "art space" on 6th Ave - facing a narrow alley. It’s a 5 minute walk from Atlantic avenue in the heart of Delray Beach. The unit is very functional, clean and updated. Full size and fully equipped kitchen. Great bed in a full size bedroom. Updated bath with a huge shower. It has a huge modern TV, but streaming services only – no cable. That’s my only suggested improvement – provide even a basic cable package – for news/weather, etc.
