Very nice stay away from home.

The house was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. The close location to the expo center was perfect as we were there for an agility trial. We had time to go to the house to rest.

Great place to stay with a family or friends. Plenty of space and has all the necessities. The hosts are friendly, accommodating, and responsive! Would love to stay again.

We attended an event at the Expo Center and the location if this house was perfect! Clean and spacious and AC works great in July!

This is the second yr we have stayed in this house for a two week horse show we have at the fairgrounds. The location is perfect for events at the fairgrounds. The house is also perfect.

Nice quiet neighborhood conveniently by the Expo Center. House was very clean and bedding & towels were very comfortable. Great fenced yard for dogs. Would highly recommend!

Tulsa State Fair Stockshow

This home was perfect for our stay and was just a short distance to the Expo, only one fault streets lined with cars parking to attend the Fair and was difficult a few times to exit the driveway. We will stay here again possibly.

Cheer competition at expo center

We had a cheer competition at the Expo. It was very clean and very close walk to expo center. It was perfect the small garage that was converted into hangout space was great for our teenagers. Definitely stay again

Excellent in every way!

Everything was perfect for our visit. We were competing at the AKC Agility Nationals at the Expo Center. It was very convenient to the event so we could stay at the house until it was our time to be at the Expo Center. The house was very clean and comfortable just as advertised and the host was very accommodating . We highly recommend this property.

Best ever!

My group has been coming to Tulsa for over 10 years for this weekend and this house is the Best! Location could not be any better for getting to the Expo Center. House is furnished with upscale furniture, very clean, and all provisions are top notch. Definitely want to book again for next year!

Once, twice , thee times we love it!

This was our 3rd year return at the drillers den. Never disappoints. Looking forward to returning next year for a much longer stay as we will be racing in the shootout and chilli bowl!

Cozy and Room for the family !

This will be out fourth season at the expo for the Tulsa Shootout and Chilli Bowl. Our stay is always wonderful and John does everything he can to make us feel at home ! Goes above and beyond !! And great communication!!! See you next year!!!

Detached game room!

I loved the that the main house had 3 bedrooms and the detached garage was remodeled into a game room with pool table and two sofa sleepers. That way, our adult children could stay up a bit later and enjoy themselves. Quiet neighborhood , close to the Expo grounds and not far from Univ of Tulsa campus.

Great Expo Center Location

My family of 5 stayed here during a 3 day wrestling tournament at the expo center. Great location right across the street! The owner was very quick to respond and when I told him there was no hair dryer in the house, he brought a new one over the next morning! Highly recommend staying here if you are traveling for an event at the Expo Center! My kids loved the Pool table also, great bonus for our trip! Thank you! We will be back :)

Beautiful House. Great location near the Tulsa Expo Center and 10 minutes to downtown

This house has been completely rebuilt and remodeled. 3 bedrooms in the main house and 2 pull out sofas in the separate room off the main house with a pool table. This house sleeps a lot of people The interior is very nice and clean. There is a full bath in the main area of the house and a full bath with a stand-up shower in the master. Having 2 full bathrooms is a plus. The kitchen is a full kitchen. The owner stocks the house with some waters/cokes and laundry pods. The circle driveway is an underrated convenience for people with multiple cars. I rented this house the week of my wedding with 2 other married couples and a 2 year old. We have many rental experiences and high expectations of full house rentals. A recommendation that I have for the owner is to have a sheet on the fridge informing the renters of which Wi-Fi network belongs to this house and the password. The owner was very professional and easy to work with + responsive my questions. This house and the owner did not disappoint us. I definitely recommend this rental.
