Cabin Stay

Living room furniture not as shown in the listing. Wasn't very comfortable. Not much to work with in pots and pans. Pool table missing a ball and the room not really big enough to play very well. Everything else was good. We did enjoy the trip overall.

Great Stay

Even though the weather was not the best it was still a great stay. The cabin was nice and taken care of. It’s close to the town and the trails at the state park. The only thing i would recommend is maybe a mattress topper for all the king size beds, they are pretty hard and uncomfortable and more pots for cooking. Also all the pool sticks are trash, but i brought my own because i seen that on other reviews. Other than those two complaints i would recommend this cabin to anyone!!!

Awesome location - great for family getaway

The cabin was great - comfortable and great location. Our only complaints were that the pool sticks had no tips so were unusable. Having a pool table was one of the things we were excited about so that was disappointing. The pots and pans were also in rough shape, but not a huge deal.Other than that, we really enjoyed it. Having a bedroom and bath on each floor was awesome, especially traveling with teens. Everyone had their own space, which was very cool.

Birthday getaway

Myself and group had a really good relaxing weekend. Definitely some exercise with the stairs. Outside of the toilet on the 2nd floor not working, limited cooking utensils, and very low water pressure..we overall had a really good time. working working

Beautiful home

This home is beautiful and the location is perfect. Nice and cozy. We had no issues with check in and the cabin was very clean and up to par. Highly recommend this place.

Friends trip

We met with another family for a fun weekend. The house was a little smaller than expected but met our needs well. The kids loved the downstairs and all the outside areas. Would recommend to others.

Weekend stay

Bedroom and bathroom on each floor made for great privacy at night. Kitchen was well-equipped. Property manager (Autumn) was very responsive. The location is ideal being between Broken Bow and Hochatown. We'll book this or one in the area in the future.

Cabin getaway

This cabin was great! It was warm upon arrival but it cooled down fairly quickly once we got there. It was in a great spot between Broken Bow and Hochatown. It was a short drive to the water or restaurants. This cabin had a lot of room for indoor and outdoor activities. The overall stay was very good.

Sweet Cabin in the Woods

The Belle Star was a great cabin for our quick trip to Beaver Bend SP. We had 4 kids with us and they loved the game room/basement, deck and being able to explore the forest. It was a quick drive to the SP for hiking. Easy to get to town as well. Our host was quick to respond as need arose and was very helpful.

Perfect for Mom’s Weekend

Cozy Cabin

Very clean and cozy! Not very spacious but it has 3 floors to accommodate a family. Very close to shopping and places to eat. Will definitely stay here again

Wonderful separate sleeping spaces

We loved: three separate sleeping spaces for closed doors when some want to stay up late; the pool table and golf arcade game; third floor balcony porch for peaceful early morning coffee; fire pit and outdoor string lighting for nighttime ambianceItems to note for next visitors: there are two throws/blankets and two hot tub towels. Wifi is problematic throughout the second floor and third floor, but strong on bottom floor.Items for management: there is only one silicone kitchen utensil. Your pans will continue to get scratched if all you offer is metal spatulas/spoons. I recommend providing plastic cups. There are only glass drinking cups and children stay here.

Everything was great just to get away for a bit. Some feedback from the stay. Wifi was in and out of service in parts of the cabin and over the days. Bedding sheets had dog hair upon arrive. This cabin is good for a smaller family due to the space on each floor. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Nice little getaway!

My family and I went for a little 3 day getaway! The location with the proximity to the State Park and town was so easy and convenient. The house was nice, the inside was clean and the kitchen was well stocked which is always a relief when staying at a vacation home. I will say, and I completely understand we’re in a forest during spring…the pollen was out of control. I’m not sure if anyone has stayed there for a while but it was everywhere on the furniture, deck and outdoor dining area. It wouldn’t be that bad if there was a leaf blower you could use, or a hose with a sprayer, a large broom or more linens to wipe down all the outdoor furniture. The common area was little small but it worked for our family of 5. All in all a nice little cabin!

Disappointed

The hot tub was broke. Horse shoes and corn hole bags missing. Pool table missing pool balls. Phone didn't work. Mold on shower curtains. Management did all they could but for the money spent we were extreamly disappointed

Not as it seems…

Solid idea of a great getaway cabin, but unfortunately that’s not how it is when there. I would highly advise to fix the flaws within the property before opening back up to next guest. For example, the hot tub doesn't function fully, the game room needs work with a broken window, smoke detectors peeping throughout the night and golden tee not working (If you advertise it, it should be in working order, or have a lower the price) furthermore, Light switches not working some of the time in bottom bathroom, batteries for the keypad on the door were dead to where it wouldn’t unlock (luckily another door was unlocked when arriving at home). We also highly advise replacing the grill. There is too much rust inside that the bottom is starting to get a hole and the grates are falling apart. It is unsafe for guests to use due to the rust. It is a lovely area and house, it just needs to be better maintained and repaired, or lower the price to what your actually getting.
