Gå till Flax café för lunch eller Rowdy Kitchen för pizza eller till Christchurchs nyaste Maccas i Marshland Road.

Stylish home away frim home

Anne has an awesome house that was perfect for our family. Everything clean and very convenient to cafes and nice walks around the lake.

Perfect for us

Anne's house was perfect for us as we wanted to be near to friends who live nearby. When we arrived we couldn't believe how spacious the property was how well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was a total delight and Anne was very responsive to any messages. We really couldn't have asked for anything more.

Perfect Family Home at Prestons

Wonderful home away from home, beautifully presented, lovely gardens. Fully equipped kitchen, warm and welcoming. Our only regret was not staying at this property for our whole time in Christchurch. Thanks Anne for sharing your home.

Awesome!

The house was amazing and really the perfect spot to unwind throughout the busy weekend we had. It’s also situated in a perfect spot, 15 mins away from town and in the suburb plenty of shops that are in walking distance. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would love to stay here again on my next visit down to Christchurch 😁

Super Accommodation

We stayed here for 3 nights. The accommodation was great. Comfy beds, modern bathrooms, spacious living areas and great outdoor seating. Would recommend it to others wanting to stay around Christchurch.

Home away from home

Lovely clean and comfortable home. Close to shops and Cafe and easy drive into town. Anne is a fantastic host, very accommodating and even messaged during a heatwave to make sure we were comfortable. Would stay here again!

Beautifully presented home

Property was clean and comfortable and equipped with everything you could need. Two lounges were a bonus with extended family and fully fenced garden was a lovely space for everyone. Highly recommended.

Best holiday home

Lovely well appointed home.

This home is beautiful. Everything we (myself and adult daughter) needed was available and of the highest standard, which made our holiday really enjoyable. Our meeting with the owner was so friendly and welcoming. Very highly recommend.

Comfortable, quiet, relaxing location close to sights

The property was perfect for our needs, very comfortable, clean and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and the laundry facilities were great. The only additional thing we could have asked for was air conditioning or a fan in the bedroom. Elsewhere the cooling was great but the bedroom was a bit hot in January.

One of the best houses I've stayed on holiday!

The house was so well maintained with such love & care taken by the owner which made our holiday so very comfortable. I highly recommend this house as I will definitely try gettting this house in my next holiday @ Christchurch!!! Edward
