Detta soliga och bekväma hem ligger i den nya underavdelningen Prestons i norra Christchurch, en 20 minuters bilresa till flygplatsen eller till stadens centrum, och 5 minuters bilresa till shoppingcentret Palms. Gå till Flax café för lunch eller Rowdy Kitchen för pizza eller till Christchurchs nyaste Maccas i Marshland Road.

Öppet plan kök och vardagsrum och separat lounge. Tre sovrum - sovrummet har ett badrum, det andra sovrummet har en queen size-säng, och det tredje sovrummet har en king size-säng med utdragbar säng under för den sjätte gästen vid behov.

Perfect for us

Anne's house was perfect for us as we wanted to be near to friends who live nearby. When we arrived we couldn't believe how spacious the property was how well equipped and spotlessly clean. It was a total delight and Anne was very responsive to any messages. We really couldn't have asked for anything more.

Stylish home away frim home

Anne has an awesome house that was perfect for our family. Everything clean and very convenient to cafes and nice walks around the lake.

Awesome!

The house was amazing and really the perfect spot to unwind throughout the busy weekend we had. It’s also situated in a perfect spot, 15 mins away from town and in the suburb plenty of shops that are in walking distance. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would love to stay here again on my next visit down to Christchurch 😁

Perfect Family Home at Prestons

Wonderful home away from home, beautifully presented, lovely gardens. Fully equipped kitchen, warm and welcoming. Our only regret was not staying at this property for our whole time in Christchurch. Thanks Anne for sharing your home.

Modern Clean and comfortable

We had a very comfortable stay, Anne was a great communicator and helped to make our stay warm and homely. We had a delayed flight so she arrange to turn on some lights making our arrival easier. The house is well equiped, comfy beds and electric blankets. Everything you need to have a wonderful stay is at this neat and tidy house. Thank you Anne

Very nice house with open deck area I really enjoyed it

Me & my cousin lived for 3 nights. We really enjoyed it great house with really nice bedrooms & lounge area. I loved the book shelf & outside deck area with bbq. Highly recommend this property… I’ll will definitely book thik property again when I need it Thanks

Comfortable, quiet, relaxing location close to sights

The property was perfect for our needs, very comfortable, clean and relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and the laundry facilities were great. The only additional thing we could have asked for was air conditioning or a fan in the bedroom. Elsewhere the cooling was great but the bedroom was a bit hot in January.

Quiet neighbourhood and comfortable home!!

Great neighbourhood and very comfortable home! Property is exactly as described. Travis Wetland very close by with great birding! Excellent amenities close by; walking paths, restaurant, and grocery store. Very well equipped and excellent communication. Highly recommend!!

Lovely well appointed home.

This home is beautiful. Everything we (myself and adult daughter) needed was available and of the highest standard, which made our holiday really enjoyable. Our meeting with the owner was so friendly and welcoming. Very highly recommend.

Charming Home and Outside Areas!

This was a delightful stay. Home is spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. As a bonus, the outside areas have welcoming seating/eating areas and are neatly manicured. The location is convenient for getting into ChCh proper and, if necessary, to the airport. Garage parking is a great perk. You would not be disappointed with this property!

Super Accommodation

We stayed here for 3 nights. The accommodation was great. Comfy beds, modern bathrooms, spacious living areas and great outdoor seating. Would recommend it to others wanting to stay around Christchurch.
