Fantastiskt läge för familjer med parkering utanför gatan för 3 fordon på en återvändsgränd med en rymlig cul-de-sac i slutet. Kort 2 kvarts promenad till stranden, om du går från strandhuset till stranden är du på Blinks Fried Dough och alla aktiviteter som Hampton Beach har att erbjuda. Detta hem har stora rum - 2 vardagsrum, stort kök och den charm som en strandhus borde ha. För närvarande renoveras! Det kommer att vara rent, bekvämt och nyligen uppdaterat för din vistelse. Bilder som kommer !!! Perfekt semestermål för din familj. Nära till stranden men tillräckligt långt för att komma bort från livets rörelse och rörelse efter en lång dag på sanden. great family vacation with amazing marsh view

Property lovely. View lovely. Close to our family down the street. Well equipped and clean. Our only concern was the washing machine is incredibly loud. Thanks for a great week!

Hampton Beach week

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy cottage. There was 8 of us, 4 kiddos under 8. The layout is great and we never felt on top of each other. Even on our 1 rainy day. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed. Deborah was great with communicating and answering all of my questions prior to our stay!

Mooring 2020

Lovely home. Plenty of space and more than adequate sleeping arrangements. Thought the furniture was a little sparse, end tables in bedrooms maybe with lamp for reading. Would have appreciated a hose outside to rinse after beach.

Mooring week

My family and I are always happy to spend our week at this property. One complaint this year was the TV service was down graded making it impossible to watch the Red Sox. (I’m a Hugh fan).

Great Homey Place

Overall impression of the property is good, the property is well maintained, plenty of room for everyone. We've stayed here 2 years in a row and love the location. It is on the marsh side, so obviously on a dead-end street, which is good for the grandchildren. Quiet neighborhood.

Cleanliness

We had a great week! Perfect location and comfortable house. Our only issue was the cleanliness! The contract stated no pets, but the abundance of black dog hair was OVER THE TOP! Not sure if a family rented it before us and brought their dog. The house was also not cleaned. Not sure if the owners are aware but their cleaning company that they used is not doing their job!!! Floors were not swept, cob webs all over the windows & we found soiled sheets on the pull out couch. I cleaned the house myself and this house definitely was not cleaned right! We really love the house and would love to rent again next year, but thought you should know that the cleaning company you are using is not doing their job!

Perfect Beach House

Great Place

We stayed at the Colt cottage for our family vacation, even with three generations, including a 14 month old, we had plenty of room. We were surprised by how baby friendly the cottage was with a fenced in back yard and a quiet culdesac, it was perfect for kids. The view from the back living room and yard is breathtaking, especially when the tide comes in. We were very pleased with the clean, modern decor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

Great newly updated beautiful rental property

Bright cheerful beautiful rental property located on a dead end street. We rented paddle boards and a kayak for even more fun. Enjoyed our week in this gem!

You will sit on the upper deck and enjoy watching the boats in the harbor and listening to the music of the area as you cook in the brand-new kitchen. The large built in gas fireplace in the Livingroom make evenings in a dream. If you're looking to relax, you are in the right place. Wake up and walk around the house to check out what is happening outside with the newly installed large windows throughout. Close to the action but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
