The host has done a great job with this property! Down to many small details, they go above and beyond a normal VRBO host’s role. Very accommodating and has everything you would ever need or want in a stay. HIGHLY recommend!!

Our 4th visit to the nest was just as wonderful as the other 3. We will definitely be back. Clean comfortable house with a great kitchen. Wonderful relaxing weekend in a cute town.

Beautiful Home Tucked in Vevay

Perfect escape to a perfectly remodeled home. Hard to find anywhere else close. Owners thought of all the extras and provide wonderful service. Lots of space, comfortable beds and large showers. Highly recommended! Thanks!

Just perfect

This is our second stay at The Nest. Our family is scattered throughout Indiana, so we gather at The Nest for our Christmas. The Nest is beautifully decorated for the holiday. We are always so impressed with the cleanliness. The house is supplied with everything one could wish for. I can’t think of a single thing that wasn’t perfect.

This is our 3rd time staying at "The Nest". Each time the stay has been truly wonderful. The house is well equipped with all needed kitchen items and appliances. The beds are comfortable. The entire house is clean and cozy. We look forward to our stay here each year. We are already planning next year!

Wonderful host

Our cousins from 4 different states came and stayed in the Nest. We are local and use this home for our guests as our house is too small. We had ages 10 months to 70 years old. Everyone said they had everything they needed. Such wonderful amenities with a lot of thought put into those things someone might need. They loved it. We enjoyed visiting them there as well. Very very nice.

Perfection

I have stayed at many VRBO properties and Karin is doing it right! The communication was great, the listing was accurate... the photos was spot on...the house and furnishings and all the little things she did made this get-away amazing! The bunk room was a favorite of my granddaughters.. I could go on and on.. but to sum it up.. this property was perfect! Kudos to you,Karin... My NEST experience awaits!

Amazingly Perfect!

We had a great family Christmas vacation at Karin’s house. The house was stocked with all the essentials and welcoming surprises. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We had 6 adults and 3 teenagers and everyone loved it! It was centrally located from all the activities we had planned. Skiing at Perfect North, Ark Encounter, and Creation Museum. I have already shared the booking link with several family and friends. We can’t wait to return! Thanks, Indiana & Florida Crew

A Week Wasn’t Enough Time!

Charming home renovated with style and a decorator’s eye. Many comfortable places to gather inside and out. Hosts were readily available and a pleasure to meet. The house is perfectly prepared to spoil its guests! We enjoyed the whole week there with friends. Thank you Matt and Karin!

2nd time around

This property was just as wonderful this trip (our 2nd) as it was last year. We chose to come back to the same location this year because of the great peaceful riverside location as well as the wonderful house. Karin has made sure every detail is taken care of. It is so clean and the kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment you will need. There was plenty of sleeping space for our group of 6 adults. After this 2nd stay it is starting to feel like home! We are already planning to try to come back next fall.

Girls Get Away Weekend

The Nest was an amazing house with so many amenities. We had an absolutely wonderful, relaxing time. There were 7 of us, but plenty of space to spread out and comfortably sleep. But also enough room to gather around the table for evening games and drinks. We found so much to do in the area - it was a close drive to Madison, In and Warsaw, KY - which both had great wineries, cute shops and fabulous restaurants. We definitely hope to come back soon!

What an incredible place to stay!

Every possible detail you could think of to make a visit pleasant was taken care of. We wanted to have a fire - so the fire pit already had the wood teepee (think boy scouts) set up along with fire starters available to make it easy. There were plenty of towels, blankets, toiletries available for all 11 of us. The kitchen was by far the most well equipped kitchen I've ever been in for a rental. I cannot gush enough about this place - you won't regret choosing this beautiful property as a place to relax and unwind. It was perfect for our youth group girls getaway! We'll be back!!
