The BEST place to stay!!!!

Wonderful staff, great facilities, quiet and amazing views!!!!!! No where in Pigeon Forge can come close to Sunrise Ridge!!!! Only disadvantage is the horrible stink from the nearby garbage facility. That's not the fault of Sunrise Ridge, but the fault of Sevier County for allowing the facilities to be built this close to town. You can smell it all over this side of Pigeon Forge.

Peace and quiet but close to everything

The title of my review says it all. It was close to all the main drag locations and being able to check in early was a plus especially because everyone in my group wanted to go to Dollywood the day we arrived. I will definitely be back and can’t wait to come back.

Spectacular

One of the nicest places I have ever stayed, and I've been booking with VRBO for many years now. We could even watch the local New Year's Fireworks show from our balcony - at eye level! How cool is that!

Great location

We loved our time at the property. Very clean, beds were super comfy, and water was hot. This is a timeshare property so at checkin they do ask of you want to do the 90 minute thing, but there was no pressure at all. The ladies up front were beyond friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.

Great resort at a convenient location. The only problem we had was that we did not receive check in instructions and had to call to find out where to go to check-in and go back to the office downhill. After that everything was great

Sunrise Ridge

We have always stayed in hotels while visiting Pigeon Forge but decided to try something different this trip. So glad we did! The resort was all that was advertised and more. The condo was super clean and fresh, it was in a great location close to town and easy access to everything. Our grand kids really enjoyed the pools as well. We will for sure be staying there again.

Nice place

Place was nice. Rooms were good. Carpets were a little old and stained but over all rooms nice. Kitchen was nice and gas fireplace. I door pool was warm and we enjoyed. Could see a lot of rust around the pool room and the sauna was stuck closed. Front desk was helpful and had no problems with them. This condo was a Hiltons Grand Vacations resort and there were some extra fees to use the facilities and deposit. Besides that all was good.

Family Fun

This place was very clean. The beds were comfortable. They are very nice and attentive to your needs. The pools are small and the inside pool was cold and the smell of chlorine was very strong. The pictures were accurate except the game room. There was not a pool table as pictured and the games are outdated. It is a short drive to the main strip. It is a very nice place and i would recommend it.

Decent condo rude staff!!

We checked in at 4. Check in was nice and easy. Ladies were super nice. Next day we got locked out of our room. Neither keys worked so we called the front desk and she sent someone to help. We waited over an hour for them to re program our keys.. I had called the front desk again to ask if maintenance was coming back soon and she was VERY rude to me and then hung up!!! We will not be staying here again.

Nail Through Foot

First and foremost, the boardwalk to the beach is closed. Make sure you read that in the property description because I failed to do so. Because of its closure, you have to walk across a sand dune that runs directly below and to the right of the boardwalk. On our very first day on the beach, I stepped on a nail that was buried in the sand along that path and it went completely through my foot. I ended up pulling it out and seeking medical attention (tetanus shot and antibiotics). I am not talking about a small nail. This was a deck nail that was 4 inches long. While I was away seeking medical treatment, the rest of my family got a metal detector so they could search for more so that this wouldn't happen to anyone else. I kid you not, WE PICKED UP 47 NAILS OUT OF THE SAND IN THAT SAME PATH!! I contacted the company to inform them of the issue. They apologized and sent someone out to pick up any more nails. This joker shows up with a spaded shovel - nothing else - and just runs it through the sand to try to find any more nails. I have no idea if he found anymore or not, but we found more every day the rest of the week. I am extremely unhappy with the way the company handled this situation. Aside from that, the house was great. It is plenty big, great for large parties, and is in a great location. We did find mouse poop in one of the cabinets in the kitchen, but never found a mouse. The house does need a little TLC, but nothing major.
