Well-located

Enjoyed this property with an excellent location at the front door of Glacier National Park. Nearby shops and restaurants within a mile were excellent. Property was clean and welcoming with all the amenities.

Amazing!

This property was amazing! The location was so convenient for being in Glacier and felt like we never had to leave the park. The home was spacious and clean and had games and entertainment to keep everyone happy. Highly recommend!

West Glacier vacation

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was fantastic, great layout, abundant communal space, three full baths, in or next to bedrooms. The location was excellent. The hosts were friendly and incredibly responsive. Lots of extra amenities, games, outside fire (thank you for s’mores!, a great stay for us all!

Beautiful house in a wonderful location

This property was great for visiting Glaciers National Park! The house was clean, it had books and other resources that we could use for researching our hikes in GNP, and the kids loved the recreation room downstairs. We had a fantastic visit!

Wonderful and spacious

This is a wonderful home! We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone both inside and out on the porch or deck or in the yard. The owner was very kind and checked in on us in case we needed anything. The internet was not available while we were there, otherwise I would have rated it 5 stars for everything. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting West Glacier.

A large lodging with many amenities. One small concern. Photos suggest an expansive view, which if from the building is blocked by forest. Excellent location and communication.

Outstanding home

We loved staying in this house. The kids had a blast with the mini soccer table and Jenga. Glacier national park was a dream come true vacation. We were able to make meals in the large kitchen and have plenty of room to relax in the rest in the rest of the home. In addition, we enjoyed eating out on the porches which allowed us to take in scenery we most definitely will not see when we head back home. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

Great house and wonderful location!

We had an amazing time during our trip to Glacier National Park! The house was spacious and met all our needs. There were 6 of us in our family group - 4 adults and 2 children. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, the well-equipped kitchen, the Roku TVs for watching movies in the evening after hiking during our days. There was plenty of room to spread out and relax. We also enjoyed sitting on the deck and making S'mores on the front porch. The kids liked the game area downstairs and also enjoyed the game area outside. The location of the house in West Glacier was very convenient - there were shops and cafes in West Glacier and a large Super 1 Foods grocery store about 15 minutes away. We enjoyed driving to East Glacier and to different areas of the park to sight-see and hike. Our only real disappointment was that a large part of the Going to the Sun Road was not open, but we still saw many incredibly beautiful parts of Glacier Park! Our hosts were very helpful and accommodating! All of this made our trip an amazing adventure!

Perfect Location

The house was well appointed and comfortable for our party of six. Great access to Glacier and other local activities. Lot’s of room and very clean throughout. Dining was rather limited in West Glacier, however kitchen facilities were excellent for local meals. Columbia Falls, 20 minutes drive had many dining options. Easy to book and the local manager Bill was accommodating and helpful. We would have enjoyed a longer stay if the travel plans allowed.

Fantastic Stay

Very comfortable, clean and peaceful place. A great choice for a large family or several friends or couples traveling together. Well laid out and well stocked. One of the best features is its location immediately outside of Glacier NP, which saves a tremendous amount of time and avoids a good deal of the typical lineup of cars queuing to enter.

Great place to stay when visiting Glacier National Park!

LOVED the location!! This house is located immediately outside the west entrance of GNP - as close as you can get without being in the park! Extremely convenient to West Glacier food and activities too. Our family of 6 stayed here for 4 days and had plenty of space to spread out (could've comfortably fit even more!). A little rustic (and a little musty before opening the windows) but clean and suited our needs perfectly! Great stay!!

Great place, wonderful location!

We loved staying at this residence near West Glacier Village. We were as close to the park as you can be without staying inside the boundaries. The interior (couches, dining table) are actually nicer in person than the pictures lead you to believe. I was expecting something more dated, but this was perfect for our family of 5 plus my parents. We had plenty of space to cook and relax together. The foosball table is a nice touch, we had several tournaments there in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, spices, and condiments, and the propane grill worked great. The beds were comfortable and had great pillows! And the internet worked great in the house. There were also 2 cans of bear spray (either left from the renters or previous guests) that were nice to use so we didn't have to purchase our own. If you need gas, go out of West Glacier a bit. It was over $6/gallon in town and $4.59 a little way out. The West Glacier Mercantile has just about any food (or drinks) you need to pick up, at decent prices. We also LOVED Glacier Raft Co. for a 2-hour white-water rafting adventure. Great place, we'd definitely come back again!

Awesome West Glacier Stay

I stayed at this property with my husband, two children and another family of four and we all loved staying there. There was plenty of space, it was very clean, and the location was great. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay on the West side of Glacier National Park. The only drawback to this property was that there were no blackout curtains and the sun set very late and rose very early. Bring some sleeping masks and you will be good to go!

Awesome Location!!

I rented this home for a family vacation because of its proximity to Glacier National Park. The location could not have been better. Its less than a mile to the village of West Glacier, which saved us precious hours of sleep in getting up early to get parking spots at popular hiking destinations. The house is exactly as advertised. Bear spray was available there for us to use. The kitchen had all the basics there for us - paper towels, dish soap, salt, etc. Other amenities - great laundry room, plenty of outdoor seating, comfortable sofas, and nice layout. The foosball table downstairs provided lots of fun for our group as well. The home decor is just a bit dated but was very comfortable for our group. We were greeted on arrival by a very helpful gentleman who even gave us a map with his favorite hikes highlighted and he took the time to answer our questions. Overall a great rental experience!

Great rental close to western Glacier NP entrance

My family of 7 adults and one teenager really enjoyed staying in this house. Everything was clean and in working order. There was plenty of common area for everyone to relax in both inside and outside the house. The proximity to the entrance to the park and other amenities (groceries, gas, medical clinic, etc.) was great. One of the property managers came by for a friendly check on things while we were there and gave us some useful information on other local places to go. We would definitely rent this house again.

Great location, wonderful house

We loved staying at this house. It is super close to the GNP entrance and to West Glacier village where you can find food, souvenirs and activities. The owners were very responsive to the concerns as they arose. The house is spacious and has everything you could possibly need as far as kitchen utensils, games, WiFi, TVs and inside/outside living. Thank you!

Great location and nice house, but broken dishwasher

This house is in a perfect location to access Glacier NP, and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The interior is spacious, the furniture is comfortable, and they have a well-stocked kitchen (and even provide bear spray, a nice touch). However, the dishwasher is broken, which was not great. They are clearly aware of this, since they do not provide dishwashing detergent and do not include instructions to run a load in the check-out process, which are both very standard for every vacation rental we have ever stayed in. We purchased our own, only to find that it doesn't work (it runs and sounds like it's doing something, but nothing gets clean). As a family of five who does not eat out often, we generate a lot of dirty dishes, and I was not happy to spend my vacation hand washing everything. Overall, however, the house and location were great, and I would stay there again if the dishwasher is fixed.
