Vi är glada över att vara tillbaka som en stayz och ser fram emot att välkomna dig till min egendom, Rymlig härlig gammal värld charm tegel hem byggd 1927, skyhöga 10'ft dekorativa tak, öppen spis i vardagsrummet, svart Japan timmer golvskivor i hela, moderna kök med nya apparater ugn och spishäll och traditionellt kaklat badrum.

All was good, the place was clean and quite comfortable but the photos in Stayz need updating as it was a bit of a shock when we arrived.

Lovely cottage in wonderful location

Tanya’s property was wonderful value for money. Everyone was comfortable and the location was unmatched! Really enjoyed our time at the outdoor dining table.

Lovely quaint little home close to town

We enjoyed our stay during a cold Winter weekend. Fireplace was a highlight. Big backyard for the kids to play and short stroll to the main street of Bowral.

Disappointing

We chose this property for its proximity to town, which was great. Unfortunately the house looked nothing like the warm, cosy environment that was depicted in the photos, actually it was far from it. On opening the door we were hit with a stale mouldy smell which didn’t go away. Poor quality bedding and old towels which we had to look for didn’t help. All the bedrooms had seriously cracked walls and the furniture had been staged for the website. The house has been seriously neglected. It was advertised as having air conditioning which it didn’t and a fire place with no wood made it very uncomfortably cold. Cleanliness was defiantly an issue. This had made me wary of believing in this website again. We left first thing in the morning and avoided going back until bedtime for both days of our stay. Would definitely not recommend this property to anyone.

Warm and welcoming

Our group of retired friends continued our tradition of gathering annually to catch up and enjoy life. Casa Antica ticked all of the boxes to ensure we all had a great time.

Older house in great position. Lovely comfortable beds and all you need for an easy fun stay.

Casa Antica is a quintessential Bowral Californian Bungalow home built in 1927 . The period features are exceptional and rare with decorative 10'ft ceilings, timber floorboards throughout and large picture windows all within a double brick structure. The veranda makes outdoor entertaining lots of fun as the home is elevated with a lovely outlook on a large flat block. A rare and charming period home within 200m to the township of Bowral.
