The place was clean, host was accommodating and the area is safe. It’s close to a grocery store and there are plenty of restaurants. Kitchen was well equipped. My suggestions are to have laminated instructions for all the electronic equipment (tv, a/c, washer) and have washcloths available. Providing toothpaste was great but would prefer the travel size for sanitary reasons. It would be nice if the hallway a/c was turned on when you get off the elevator. Couch was not comfortable.

First and foremost, wonderful host! The place is very clean and spacious. Easy walk to the mall, restaurant and grab and go food. The place is complete with amenities you need for extended stay or short term. We will stay here again when in town.

Pros; clean, good location, friendly property staff, your walk away from McDonald's and Venice mall, Michael and the owner easy to communicate, will stay again thank you!!! Cons; one of the bedroom AC is leaking but its ok i just used the other 2 AC which is plenty enough to cool the rooms,

Highly recommended. The host/owner was very attentive to our needs. Loved the feeling that you are safe. The unit is quiet, clean and they have provided us with drinking water and toiletries needed. Walking distance to the Venice Grand Mall. Looking forward to staying here in the future.

I was able to talk to the owner for an earlier than usual check in due to a very early arrival with so plenty of luggage to carry around. He was very helpful.

Disappointed

Location is great. Condo is dusty and not very clean, seen a few cockroaches. A/C dripping. Host offered to have someone come in but not within time when we were available, so just had the trash can catch the water and put towels around it. Will not stay again.

A Little Bit of Heaven

This property is location perfection! The area is totally walkable. If you've been in Manila for a minute you'll understand what I'm talking about. The Venice Grand Canal Mall is minutes away. There are so many places to eat there if you dont want to cook in the condo. There is even a grocery store for shopping. Pharmacies abound. My stay at Florence 2 made me not want to leave Manila, but alas we had to come home. The condo is spacious and clean. We loved the fact that there was an actual cooking stove with an oven in it. My husband is diabetic and I needed to cook. The friendliness of the host came through even in my email. I didnt have to contact the local support person because I didnt need anything that wasnt already there. I love the fact that drinking water was provided in the unit. The staff at the condo building was also professional, friendly and helpful. All in all...a great stay! Thank you!

I like the property. It is spacious. But the air condition in the living room is not working, the light of the shower room is not working either! The drainage of other bathroom has a terrible smell .

Excellent location

outstanding location (BGC) close to restaurants and grocery shopping. Great security. Wheelchair available at request. Washer was a plus. Only thing was that there was no free parking, only for a fee (quite spendy).Excellent communications with host (Clinton) via VRBO messaging. Definitely recommend facility.

It was alright. It was clean but there was a smell coming from the restroom drainage. Living room couch was very uncomfortable, kitchen was great. It was suitable for our family. We enjoyed going to the nearest grocery store and massage spa across and a walk to the Venice Canal Mall.
