Det finns så mycket utrymme att sprida ut. När du går in i ytterdörren ser du ett stort öppet område perfekt för underhållande. Vardagsrummet har en massiv 86-tums TV med LED-humörbelysning beroende på filmen. Köket har bänkskivor i cambria med rostfria vitvaror. Du kan hoppa över flaskvatten med den filtrerade kranen och kylskåpsdörren. Njut av en cappuccino eller kaffe i kaffesystemet. Utanför köket är en eklektisk skärmad i täckt uteplats med utsikt över poolen (bilder kommer snart). Den översta nivån har två stora sovrum med eget badrum. Båda mästarna går ut till en delad veranda med havsutsikt. Den övre verandan är täckt och perfekt att njuta av på natten eller på morgonen i alla väder. Par kan komma tillsammans med vacker utsikt över havet och njuta av sin favoritdryck. Ett nybyggt spelrum byggs på huvudnivån (bilder kommer snart). Rummet kommer att ha flera TV-apparater, ett biljardbord, ett cabriolet bordtennisbord, ett separat pentry, xbox, en bordsskiva arkadmaskin med gamla skolan spel och de klassiska brädspel perfekt för en grupp. Detta rum har ett coolt retro-tema som blandar flera generationer. Dessutom kommer detta område att ha en mikrovågsugn och ett litet pentry med ett retro-kylskåp och två sovbara futons. Den här egendomen har så mycket utrymme. Den privata poolen är mycket pittoresk med flera palmer och vacker belysning på kvällen. Nämnde jag att allt detta ligger inom en kvarts promenad till stranden med allmän tillgång till stranden? Den här egenskapen kommer säkert att du kommer tillbaka år efter år med goda minnen. Nya foton är på väg med ytterligare möbler som läggs till och några färdigbehandlingar avslutas före mars. The property was just as expected. Of course we had questions and host was always quick to answer and very accommodating if we had a more serious issue. Plenty of amenities, seating, accommodations.

Something for every age

The kids loved the pool and game room. It kept them occupied for hours at a time. Very short walk to the beach. The beach was not busy; it was quiet and family oriented. The house was very spacious. I wish it had been cleaner. The drawers in the kitchen and bathrooms had not been wiped out for a while. I found clothing belonging to a previous guest in my bedroom drawers. The closest had a musty smell to them. Overall, we enjoyed our trip

Great location and entertainment space for all!

The house is was super nice and the closeness to the beach was fantastic! The house offered great beach chairs, wagons, pool toys, etc., saved us from packing them or having to go out and buy more. We had a wide range of ages staying at the house from toddler to grandparents, there was something for everyone! The owner was super responsive and helpful.

Beautiful Oasis!

We loved staying at the Shangri-la! The house was a short block from the beach, perfect for all the beach bums in the family. We had 14 people with us, and everyone had their own comfortable space. The pool and game room were awesome, no one ever got bored! The home is beautiful. We would definitely come back!

Adult Weekend

The home was wonderful for our group of adults. The multiple king sized beds were really nice. Beds were comfortable, house was spacious and it was nice to have a large tv for football. We enjoyed the amenities and location. There were stand alone ac units on top of the central air unit that need to be turned on and monitored. We were never uncomfortable so they worked well. Great place. Thanks

Everything we could have asked for!

This house was everything we could have asked for plus more. It was absolutely awesome! We LOVED this stay and hope to come back! Everything was very clean and well maintained. Very close walk to the beach, and nice neighborhood. It was close enough to be able to run into "town" yet far enough away to be peaceful. The property owner Kevin, was very easy to contact and very courteous! The trip honestly couldn't have been any better. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Laguna Beach house

We had a great time. The house is located a short walk from the beach and the pool area is awesome! Kevin is very good to work with as he texted back whenever I had a question for him. There was more than enough room for my entire family. Only complaint would be that the gaming system is missing a cord and you couldn't play it, otherwise one great family vacation!! Thank you! Great for family!!!

We used this VRBO to get our family together for a week. Really enjoyed the house and its many amenities. The kitchen has a ton of pots & pans for cooking, the kids enjoyed the pool and games, and the beds were very comfortable. The pictures accurately describe the property. Kevin was absolutely awesome and he was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. My only disappointment was the game room has some broken/non-working games. But the weather was awesome so we hit the beach a ton and enjoyed the wonderful December weather in Florida. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Holiday

Beautiful house a block and a half from the beach. Perfect for our family gathering. Clean. Spacious. Gorgeous decks and yard. It was December so we didn't take full advantage of the wonderful patio and pool area. Loved the hot tub. The game room was a huge hit with the grown cousins. The location was perfect and we were able to easily get to all of the local attractions and restaurants. It was well equipped for taking advantage of the beach. The kitchen had all of the pans, cooking utensils and appliances we needed. The host provided clear instructions and communication was great. Only downside was it was challenging to park 4 cars and the downstairs sofa bed had seen better days. All in all we enjoyed our stay and will use this house again if the timing and availability work out.

This is a 7 bedroom, not 9 bedroom house.

We were under the impression that this is a 9 bedroom house. It is in fact a 7 bedroom. The living room couch and basement futon do not define as a bedroom. We stayed here with 6 families. It wasn't fair for the kids to sleep in common areas when we had planned for everyone to have a room. Besides that, Everyone had a great time. Rained 3 days out of the week. We entertained ourselves with pool, hot tub, games, TV and billiard. Everything went great except for the misadvertisement about the number of bedrooms.

Shangri-la was OOH-LALA!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Shangri-la! Our group consisted of myself (the Nana) my five adult children, two daughter-in-laws, one son-in-law, and seven grandchildren, ranging in ages from 10 months to thirteen. First of all, the back yard is a phenomenal space. The pool, hot tub, cabana, outdoor bar and grill/with TV….well, we hung out there A LOT! Seriously, hours and hours of fun were had by all. The screened in porch was a great space too. We put two puzzles together on the table out there. The open living room, kitchen and dining room provided the perfect space for us to all gather together for meals, games, watching movies, etc. (the TV in the living room is HUGE!!) Everyone had their own room, and each room had a pretty big TV in it as well, so when being in the big group got a little too much, we could retreat to our own private space The garage of the house has been made into a game room that my five older grandkids really enjoyed. This room has a pool table, lots of games, dual tv’s and double futons to sleep on, with a smaller room connected to it that has a bunk bed in it, so plenty of room for them. They loved it. Not once did any of them say, “we’re bored!”. The walk to the beach is not bad at all either, and there was a wagon full of beach stuff for us to use. We had such a GREAT time and made some beautiful memories.

Great & Cozy Home

The host was very attentive and responsive to each communication/inquiry made. The home was cozy for a small family getaway. The house was spacious and all beds were comfortable even though the master bedroom upstair was squeaking. The other bedroom upstair had a faulty tv which didn’t really matter since kids were more involved with spending quality time with each other. Would definitely recommend this home.

Fantastic time at a great house

The house was full of great things to do that kept us entertained for the week we were there. Very close to the beach and full of beach gear to use. Only complaints were about some of the cleanliness and build quality (one of the drains was clogged hair, some furniture/fixtures were showing age). But nothing that detracted from the great time.

Wonderful Family Trip

We loved our vacation in Laguna Beach! The property had plenty of room for our family group of 12. The kids (and adults) loved the game room, and it was so nice to have our own private pool. The walk to the beach was super easy, and the beach closet was stocked with everything we needed. We made so many wonderful memories spending time together at the beach, and we can’t wait to go back!
