Denna vackra stuga är rymlig för stora familjesammanträden, men ändå mysig för en parhelg. Huset har ett sovrum på första våningen med ett stort loft ovanför. Den knutiga talldekoren och vedkaminen ger den ultimata mysiga kabinupplevelsen medan bakpartiet (campingplats) och eldstaden ger gott om utrymme att underhålla flera gäster under våren, sommaren och hösten. Garaget har också ett loft med sängar och barnsängar för ytterligare gäster och ett 1/2 bad på den lägre nivån.

Cabin in the woods

House was very clean and stocked with supplies, close walk to the beach with a quiet neighborhood. Surround sound in the garage bar and games was good entertainment. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

family time

So much bigger than pictures showed. Lots of room for infant to play on floor and spacious kitchen for cooking. Location perfect with beach access for morning walks and 3 minutes away from friends. Perfect house for families. We stayed 5 nights with 5 adults and 1 six month old infant.

Will never stay there again

The house is a lovely house. The house was basically clean but there were some cleanliness issues and also issues with kitchen /cooking items being subpar. Oven was really greasy the house filled with smoke the first time we used the oven. The refrigerator was not very clean, the freezer was FILTHY. Bedding was subpar although the mattresses and pillows were fine, The outside trash cans were full, we had to find somewhere to take our trash. Maybe we are just used to better but we shouldn't have to clean before we store our food. The 2nd bathroom and 2 of the TV's either were misrepresented or perhaps I misunderstood. We weren't sure where to built a bonfire and the beach was not very close.

Port Austin trip

Stayed here for a long weekend. The beach access was wonderful, Rob was a very helpful host. Very close and easy trip to port Austin as well

Caseville Vaca 2022

Spacious cabin right off main road and so close to downtown Caseville and beaches. You can tell the owner is making changes and updates to the whole property. Example the fire pit is now in the back where the chairs and built in circular firepit is instead of the side where the driveway is. Really smart to use the big garage for gaming and comfy movie area on top. Having an extra bathroom is key too in that area!! Main cabin has good areas to hang out or separate when needed. We loved the big kitchen table for poker every night and teaching the younger ones how to play. Porch is great for morning coffee..2 awesome rockers, def wish there were more of those to hang out it with my cocktail! Robert got back with us immediately when lock wasn't working and where extra propane was to cook out. Thanks for everything!

We would rate the house 5 stars and the garage less than 5

The main house was very clean with a nice atmosphere and well stocked. Lots of room for plenty of people and lots of windows, (there are neighbors close by), however there is no beach as implied in the photos. There are several nice public beaches within a short drive. The lake view was dissapointing. The stepdown in the loft can take you by surprise. The garage gameroom is fun, but could use some cleaning and a more functional bathroom door. The CDX wood odor can be overwhelming as mentioned. Outrside, the property lines are not well defined and we couldn't figure out which firepit was ours. There is nice outdoor furniture on a patio. We would stay again and recommend it to others.

Better than home!

Well-furnished, well-built home a cut above your typical vacation house rental. Location between Caseville & Port Austin was perfect, with public beaches every 3-4 miles. Excellent experience with property manager. Two thumbs up!

The house was very well stocked with essentials and some things I didn't even expect to be there. Very roomy and spacious. My teens had a great time in the garage. It was nice they could have their own space. Just a great experience all around. Caseville is a great little town with so much to do. Sleeper State park/beach was great as well and so close.

Perfect Michigan Cabin

This place is a gem. The cabin was perfect for our friends reunion. The house is very clean and has everything you need to cook, play games and relax. The location is great to, close to hiking trails and not far from some nice restaurants. Highly recommend!

Nice place to be

Nice place for families with a lot of space. Especially the garage with a pool table was awesome. The area around is great for hiking, biking or just hanging out on the beach.

Weekend retreat

We enjoyed the property and feel that it was as it is listed. It has a nice wooded lot right across from the lake. Very relaxing. I spent the weekend there with my family just as a getaway and we really enjoyed the game room and the openness of the main house. The owner was responsive and helpful.

Caseville Mi. 101 ......Everybody was unbelievable nice ....laughs and smiles ....

Everything was great no issues .....The Thumb had a huge wind storm the day we checked in ...... we lost power two hours later ..... no big deal .... Bon Fire Cocktails and Grill ..... off to bed we go .... we get up still no power ..... we call the property owner and explain the problem..... it's our Anniversary..... We will put you in a Hotel/ Motel on us for the night ......everything worked out .....what an Awesome time ..... can not wait to book again .....

Very Clean!

This is super important to me! I have an immune compromised granddaughter which makes this a bigger worry for us. We loved the house and the beach was just minutes away. The only problem if one could call it that, was the fact that the loft in the garage smelled like OSB (lumber). My family chose not to use it as a bedroom but we definitely enjoyed the game room! Owner was very easy to work with and we would defintely stay there again!

Adorable house by the lake!

Adorable home super close to the lake. Spacious and clean. Lots of shelves and hooks for all of your stuff. Kitten was nice and big- even had a Keurig! The bathroom outside is almost done and it currently has a nice shower and toilet. I’m sure it will be great once the sink is in. The kids loved the game room/TV room in the garage. Nice sandy beach across the street with awesome rocks (we are avid rock hunters lol). Everything was excellent. Only thing I can think of that would make the place even better is a new couch (the one there now sinks down in the middle and aggravated my sciatic). Oh and they have a nice fire pit we got to enjoy. Thanks for sharing your awesome place with us! Highly recommend!
