Are you as a group or with your family visiting the largest seaport in Europe Rotterdam?
Then this luxury 4 bedroom house is what you need.
The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the Feyenoord Rotterdam Stadium and the famous Ahoy Hall for events in Rotterdam South. Despite being at a rather quiet area in Rotterdam, the property is in an excellent location for getting to the center.
You can easily get to the house from Rotterdam central rail stations with tram 23. The tram station "Schinnenbaan" with a direct connection to the city center is located directly in front of the house (approx. 1 minute on foot).
Due to the southern location, you have direct access to the motorway junction with which you can quickly get into the city by car without much traffic. If you are planning to travel to Rotterdam by car, I recommend traveling via the A15 / E31, which will get you there quickly and with little stress. You also have free parking in front of the house. A supermarket is a 2-3 minute walk from the property (Hoogvliet).
A children's playground is also available in the neighborhood.
