Nice House, closed to everything we wanted to do

Well located, clean and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable vacation. Sanibel/Captiva beaches are about 20 minutes drive, so you can enjoy a day at the beach, relax by the pool or fish/kayak at the canal. Nice place to spend your vacation.

Great place!

We had such a relaxing and fun time staying here! Everything was spotless and perfect! Owner was quick to fix the only issue we had (gas tank for BBQ was empty), it was taken care of within the hour. The pool was so nice and watching the sunset was beautiful. Will definitely keep this house in my list to come back for future vacations!

Absolute paradise!

We were sorely in need of a break and this property delivered. So much space plus comfortable beds and a well-provisioned kitchen. But what made it so special for us was the outside living spaces - the couches, the pool, the spa, the tiki shelter on the canal. We spent most of out time outside - exactly what we needed! We can't wait to come back!

A Slice of Paradise

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was beautifully decorated & yet so comfortable. The host thought of everything, cell phone charges on both night stands, sunscreen, bug spray, bikes & fishing poles! We saw several fish just sitting out on the dock. It inspired my husband to try his luck & he caught 7 in about 30 minutes. I really enjoyed reading in the pool while watching all the boats go by. That view would never get old. We explored Cape Coral & found lots of great restaurants. Then we ventured out to Matlacha & Fort Myers Beach. All close by & worth visiting. The management company & the owner both checked on us during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to my friends & family. Oh, I almost forgot we were able to bring our little dog with us too. That really made it a home away from home.

Amazing home and vacation from start to finish

An amazingly gorgeous (and extremely clean) property in a beautiful area with all the amenities one could ever want for a truly relaxing vacation. The most fully stocked kitchen I have ever seen. We were able to complete our only vacation goal: relax at the house. We enjoyed the pool and spa as much as humanly possible. Sat by the water on the lit dock and watched the boats go by. Our nights were filled with spa time or movie time. The morning view from the master bedroom is breathtaking. Morning coffee and evening meals outside on the patio were so fun! The host for this property was very kind and generous; making sure every aspect of our trip was amazing. This place truly felt like home the second we arrived. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat where you can focus on relaxing and rejuvenating, then this is the home for you. Can not wait to book again.

Incredible home/location

Beautiful Home

What a great property. I took my twin boys here for their Xmas present they loved it! The bikes were a hit and what a nice neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable and perfect location to kayak! Close enough for a day trip to Sanibel!

We loved everything about this property! Exceptionally clean, beautifully appointed and a great location on a large canal. The pool, sauna and tiki hut were all wonderful places to spend time relaxing and watching the sunsets.

Paradise at the Pelican in Cape Coral, Florida

This waterfront home really does have it all! From the immaculate office which includes free wi-fi for that one adult who just must stay connected, to the fully equipped kitchen for the gracious adult willing to cook, to the most comfortable beds I've ever experienced in a vacation home, the luxurious interior of this home will entice you to relax inside. However, this home has enough outdoor living space to accomodate your group with room to spare. The lanai provides all you'll need to enjoy the pool and spa during sunny and even rainy moments any time of day. Evenings on the private dock equipped with lighted tiki-bar, and the ability to stream your favorite music were so much fun. With all the amenties this beautiful home provides, you will be tempted to never leave, but in less than thirty minutes you can enjoy beautiful Lighthouse Beach Park, at Sanibel which includes powdery white sand, relaxing waves and endless shelling. Catch a dolphin sightseeing excursion with Sanibel Dolphin Tours if you can, it was a hit with the kids. We saw numerous dolphins and even lucked up and saw a manatee. So much to do in this natural paradise! It was especially fun to gather together for every evening meal on the outdoor patio eating some of the best grouper and gulf shrimp we've ever tasted, which was purchased at nearby Island Fish Market, a 7 mile drive, but oh, so worth it. Our only regret was not having more time to spend in this perfect home.
