Cozy Retreat

We were in town for a wedding and loved having the space to relax and unwind. The daily sightings of Deer from the backyard was sweet!

Great experience - a real gem

Perhaps our best VRBO experience ever. Everything went smoothly from check in to check out. Interior and yard were charming, and the host's attention to detail was obvious throughout. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

Perfect Stay

My wife and I had a great experience at the fairway fun retreat. Property was as advertised, great location and very clean. Beautiful view of the golf course and plenty of deer. Dana was an amazing host, helpful flexible and kind. Would highly recommend staying here. We will be staying here on all our future trips to Kerville

Great Getaway Property - Top Flite Quality

Great home. Great location on the golf course. The deer came right up to us. The house had all the amenities we could have wanted. The house is impeccable. I highly recommend this property. Nicely decorated too!

Perfect house for our trip

This house is beautiful. The owner had it beautifully decorated for Christmas. Very easy check-in and check-out process. The owner Dana was very accommodating to us. Beautiful property inside and out

This place is absolutely lovely. It is stocked with anything you could need. We loved the deer wandering around and tranquillity off the golf course. To top it off Dana’s communication was spot on. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay

The property was beautiful. The views of the golf course were gorgeous. Dana was great at communicating with us. The home was spotlessly clean (and I’m very picky). The house was stocked with everything you could want or need. The bed was so comfortable, I slept better than I do in my own home. There was a ton to do near by. Our favorite thing to do was kayaking which was only a 6 minute drive away. I highly recommend staying here!

Hill Country Stay

We are a family of 5 and have a few of us who play golf, so staying on the golf course at Riverhill was a perfect spot for our family. The house was very clean and comfortable. The house had everything we needed when it came to cooking.

Quiet and relaxing

The townhouse(doesn't feel like a townhouse) is very comfortable and spacious. The pictures don't do it justice. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The backyard is so relaxing. We will definitely be back.

Hill Country Escape

Really enjoyed the Hill Country Escape. Very clean, spacious rental. Den area and back yard area were very inviting. We travel with our small dogs and the yard was just right for them. We definitely would recommend this and stay here again.

Book it! You will love it! Every little comfort provided and sooo beautiful!

The most relaxed we’ve been in months! Every detail was considered and we enjoyed every moment! Watching the deer while relaxing in the hammock, firing up the grill and sharing a lovely dinner at sunset, fully stocked kitchen, easy to just fall in love and stay forever! Can you tell, we loved it!
