Great family stay

Property was as shown in photos. Home was welcoming and easy to access following check in instructions. Beds were pretty comfortable. Lots of towels for our whole family of 6 with complimentary shampoo and soap mounted in the showers. Dishes were plenty in the kitchen for making meals. Enough dish washer pods to run a load for each day we stayed, plenty of garbage bags and toilet paper stocked. Streaming services worked well with great connection. TV trays available for eating meals for groups over 4 people since dining table seats 4. Only complaint was that washer was not very clean, but if you're not using it then no big deal! Overall great place to stay if you're visiting the Hot Springs area.

Golf Buddy Trip

The condo was perfect for our needs. Four guys on a 3 day golf trip. Located near the West Gate and only a mile from DeSoto Blvd which is the main East/West street for Hot Springs Village made it very convenient to access the different golf courses. Kitchen is small but very adequate. Large refrigerator was nice. Nice area, very quiet with an upstairs and downstairs deck made for nice mornings and evenings outside. We asked for and were given an early check in which allowed us to have an afternoon tee time. Great communication and help. All the guys loved the place.

Nice condo in a very scenic quiet area of Hot Springs Village. Just a few miles from the west gate of the village and about 3 miles from Desoto Golf Course! And a mile from Desoto Blvd which is the main road trough Hot Springs Village. Communication was great with the process. We requested and received early check in on the day of arrival so we could catch an early afternoon tee time. Reall enjoyed the property.

My little birthday get away

This is our second year reserving this property. I love that it's quiet, spacious and tucked in the corner. We had one minor mishap and the property manager acted quickly. She took care of our need by responding and keeping in contact, even after we left. I appreciate that. I would recommend this property. *****

Comfortable stay in Hot Springs Village

Very comfortable townhome for a family of four. We loved the two decks overlooking a pine-forested lot. Great for morning coffee with all the birds! Clean and comfortable home in a good spot for enjoying the outdoors, not too far from all the local attractions. Owner was very responsive and helpful!

Nice Place

We had a great time staying here. There are two bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed) and a shared full bathroom downstairs, with a balcony off of one of the bedrooms. There is one bedroom (queen bed) upstairs with a full bathroom in the hall. The stairs are pretty steep, but our kids did fine with them. We visited the Balboa Beach and the kids loved it. We always love Hot Springs Village.

Oh, the many stairs!

We really enjoyed our stay---except for a couple of factors. We didn't realize there were so many steep steps inside the home. We booked the condo for four old people! So, three of us went downstairs to sleep but only came up once a day. Otherwise the stay was fine. We also encountered a tornado and sideways hail one evening. During the days, the weather was perfect. We visited Oaklawn racetrack while the ponies were running. Thanks for a comfy place to relax.

Just what we needed!

Place was great! Put the 2 teenagers downstairs and we took the upstairs. Strolled the neighborhood one day, everyone was so nice. We did things in Hot Springs that we had never done before ( West mountain drive, midamerica science museum, wax museum) Highly recommend this place. Most places give you just the bare minimum in furnishings, but this place had everything (you could tell the owner put a lot of thought into it.) Will book again.
