My little birthday get away

This is our second year reserving this property. I love that it's quiet, spacious and tucked in the corner. We had one minor mishap and the property manager acted quickly. She took care of our need by responding and keeping in contact, even after we left. I appreciate that. I would recommend this property. *****

Comfortable stay in Hot Springs Village

Very comfortable townhome for a family of four. We loved the two decks overlooking a pine-forested lot. Great for morning coffee with all the birds! Clean and comfortable home in a good spot for enjoying the outdoors, not too far from all the local attractions. Owner was very responsive and helpful!

Nice Place

We had a great time staying here. There are two bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed) and a shared full bathroom downstairs, with a balcony off of one of the bedrooms. There is one bedroom (queen bed) upstairs with a full bathroom in the hall. The stairs are pretty steep, but our kids did fine with them. We visited the Balboa Beach and the kids loved it. We always love Hot Springs Village.

Double Decker

This condo was nice. The room upstairs was secluded while the two downstairs made for a great family area. The decks were great for enjoying the morning.

Oh, the many stairs!

We really enjoyed our stay---except for a couple of factors. We didn't realize there were so many steep steps inside the home. We booked the condo for four old people! So, three of us went downstairs to sleep but only came up once a day. Otherwise the stay was fine. We also encountered a tornado and sideways hail one evening. During the days, the weather was perfect. We visited Oaklawn racetrack while the ponies were running. Thanks for a comfy place to relax.

Just what we needed!

Place was great! Put the 2 teenagers downstairs and we took the upstairs. Strolled the neighborhood one day, everyone was so nice. We did things in Hot Springs that we had never done before ( West mountain drive, midamerica science museum, wax museum) Highly recommend this place. Most places give you just the bare minimum in furnishings, but this place had everything (you could tell the owner put a lot of thought into it.) Will book again.

Thanksgiving Gathering

We stayed in the townhouse while visiting family and friends in HSV for Thanksgiving. The location was perfect as it was within 5 miles of where we gathered. It was a good layout for us with one bedroom and bath on one level and the other two bedrooms and bath being on the lower level of the home. My suggestions for improvements would be to update the bedding and mattress in the upper level bedroom and the internet service, if possible. We were never able to get connected to it. Overall a lovely townhome which suited our needs.

Love this place!!

We have stayed here 3 times and will always look for this place first when we come to Hot Springs. Linda is so helpful and easy to contact. The house had everything we could have needed and plenty of room. I have never even sat on the couch because we spend all our time outside on the balcony watching the squirrels and deer play. It’s our favorite place to stay!!

We absolutely loved staying here, check in/out was super easy, Linda was awesome at replying, we were able to check in early as well!! Definitely recommend and when we go back we definitely will use again!! 💜

It was quite a.d convenient but the one big suggestion is l the beds need a mattress update. They werent comfortable amd was able to sleep on one bed. Purchased an inflatable mattress to sleep on.

Peaceful Retreat

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of space and ample towels and linens. We enjoyed sitting on the decks and watching wildlife such as deer, squirrels, and woodpeckers.
