Comfortable stay in Hot Springs Village

Very comfortable townhome for a family of four. We loved the two decks overlooking a pine-forested lot. Great for morning coffee with all the birds! Clean and comfortable home in a good spot for enjoying the outdoors, not too far from all the local attractions. Owner was very responsive and helpful!

My little birthday get away

This is our second year reserving this property. I love that it's quiet, spacious and tucked in the corner. We had one minor mishap and the property manager acted quickly. She took care of our need by responding and keeping in contact, even after we left. I appreciate that. I would recommend this property. *****

Golf Buddy Trip

The condo was perfect for our needs. Four guys on a 3 day golf trip. Located near the West Gate and only a mile from DeSoto Blvd which is the main East/West street for Hot Springs Village made it very convenient to access the different golf courses. Kitchen is small but very adequate. Large refrigerator was nice. Nice area, very quiet with an upstairs and downstairs deck made for nice mornings and evenings outside. We asked for and were given an early check in which allowed us to have an afternoon tee time. Great communication and help. All the guys loved the place.

If you are looking for a very nice and clean place to stay in Hot springs village look up this place. Just as it was described on the site we really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and neat and the price was very good. Wonderful

Nice Place

We had a great time staying here. There are two bedrooms (one king bed, one queen bed) and a shared full bathroom downstairs, with a balcony off of one of the bedrooms. There is one bedroom (queen bed) upstairs with a full bathroom in the hall. The stairs are pretty steep, but our kids did fine with them. We visited the Balboa Beach and the kids loved it. We always love Hot Springs Village.

Peaceful Retreat

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of space and ample towels and linens. We enjoyed sitting on the decks and watching wildlife such as deer, squirrels, and woodpeckers.

Spacious and clean

We wanted a safe alternative to hotels and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was very spacious and clean with 2 decks and simple access for check in. I didn’t realize it was within a townhome community but it was still very quiet. We LOVED it!

Home away from home

It was a nice getaway not too far from home for a birthday weekend. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Linda the property manager answered all my questions as I needed. I highly recommend this place and would like to come stay again when I get the chance.

Love this place!!

We have stayed here 3 times and will always look for this place first when we come to Hot Springs. Linda is so helpful and easy to contact. The house had everything we could have needed and plenty of room. I have never even sat on the couch because we spend all our time outside on the balcony watching the squirrels and deer play. It’s our favorite place to stay!!
