Din nya stora och eleganta lägenhet är centralt beläget nära Aucklands bästa restauranger, kaféer, pubar och nattliv, gröna parker och Britomart-tågbuss / färjetrafiknav. Du kommer att älska högt i tak och takfönster.
Ljus och rymlig, vår nyligen renoverade 74 kvm lägenhet ligger på översta våningen i en unik 1904, 3 våningar boutiquefamiljbyggnad, 'Carlisle'. Heltäckningsmattor i hela och ligger på baksidan av byggnaden så det är trevligt och tyst. Mycket centralt, men utan storstadens rörelse, delvis tack vare att du är belägen på en envägsgata. Har takfönster, exponerade inhemska Kauri-träbjälkar, höga dubbar, öppen planlösning w / alkov för middagar, stort vardagsrum, fullt kök och 2 Juliet-balkonger.
Det finns en queen size-säng i loft sovrummet och en trundler säng som kan bli två King singlar eller en enda King size-säng. Bekvämligheterna inkluderar: gasspis, ugn och mikrovågsugn; linne och handdukar; Gratis luft-TV, massor av DVD-skivor för barnen och Netflix (samt tillgång till andra mediaappar); gym / pool / tennisbana; trådlöst internet med hög hastighet med obegränsad datahämtning; en gratis parkeringsplats som passar för små till medelstora fordon - och ett fantastiskt bibliotek!

We had a wonderful three-week stay at Peter’s apartment. The location was superb—everything was so close, with super easy access to trains, buses, and ferries, making it effortless to get around. The apartment itself was cozy and equipped thoughtfully with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.Peter, our host, went above and beyond—bringing us an extra duvet without us even asking. That thoughtful gesture truly made us feel cared for. We’re grateful for the warm hospitality and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent Apartment in great location

Everything spot on with our stay. The one tiny fault is its a little complicated having to find a park and get key prior to getting into the garage/carpark but will be easier mext time. Otherwise everything was excellent inc the location and we will definitely stay again. Thanks

Awesome experience in the heart of Auckland

Just an awesome property in an incredible location. Just a block or so from Britomart, so public transit is a breeze._Full_ kitchen with all of the amenities you would likely have at home. Space was gorgeous and very relaxing. Communication with hosts was A. Our favorite booking in NZ!

Great location and wonderful apartment

The place has everything and we enjoyed our 3 nights stay. Very minor issue: the bathroom could have been cleaner, with mold in a couple of corners. Also, the parking space was tiny and difficult to get in and out of, but it was still good to have off-street parking.

Beautiful apartment, great location

Prime location with off-street parking in Auckland CBD. Excellent elevator from the underground parking. Beautiful apartment, well-stocked kitchen. I'd stay here again.

We had the best time in Auckland, and hugely due to this beautiful apartment. It’s location was just perfect - many walking miles were covered! The apartment itself was just gorgeous - super clean and tidy and very homely!

Amazingly cute apartment in fantastic location!

We loved everything about this wonderful apartment. The location couldn’t have been better- only 4-5 minutes walk to Queen St & Britomart train station and buses also going frequently from only a few minutes away. Comfortable, lovely & cosy, well equipped, secure and safe. We loved our stay here and would certainly love to come back if we can!

CBD STYLE

bedroom up steep steps, a bit small but as advertised. The place was clean, nicely laid out, cosy. Near everything CBD. For a very short stay (as ours was) car not necessary.

Lovely quiet apartment

We enjoyed the tucked away quiet nature of this apartment. It suited our needs. It took us a little while to manage the key lock situation etc as we arrived later at night. But the directions were clear and we got in okay.

An unusual place to stay

We stayed here for its location as we were going to a concert at the Town Hall.Getting into the building was difficult as the gate was locked and the access code didn't work. Luckily we got in as someone came out. The lockbox was tricky to access but we eventually got the key.The accommodation was comfortable enough, but the place needed a good clean. The bathroom was grubby and tired. Needs a makeover. The tap came apart over the sink making it tricky to change water temperature.Things were sticky and dusty. The banisters hadn't been dusted for ages.The numbers on the stove were worn away so we guessed when warming food.The TV didn't work even after asking for log in details from Nic. As the weather was terrible, watching a bit of Netflix would have been nice. There was no pool as on the listing. The location was great for Britomart and transport. A very steep climb to get to the accommodation which could be a problem for older guests but there was a lift inside the building.

Great location and easy in and out. Main concern for us was the stairway to the loft bedroom as it did not have a full railing so it made navigation difficult especially for us older visitors and as the bathroom is on the lower floor, nighttime excursions could be tricky. It seems this could be easily remedied. Also without air conditioning, two fans for both levels would eliminate moving the fan up and down. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Highly recommend this property to stay in Auckland

The property was centrally located for our quick stay in Auckland. All our shopping needs were within walking distance, plus numerous restaurants, cafes, coffee shops and local businesses and world class shopping. The waterfront wharf was also close by for an evening stroll. The beach and museum was just a short taxi or Uber ride away. The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for two adults. It took us a bit to find the building, only because the street number was too small to see from the car. Peter accommodated our early arrival, with a noon check in time and available when we needed to enter the building. He also had a welcome folder listing local sights, beaches, grocery stores, and transportation. My husband and I are planning a much longer visit next year and will not hesitate to book this loft when making our traveling arrangements.

Fortnight stay

Peter is a well-organised host showing great flexibility. The apartment is very centrally located yet quiet; but poorly sound-proofed when there is a party by the neighbours (only once during our stay; the property manager had to come). Apartment is as advertised in terms of layout with some discrepancies re equipment, e.g. Nespresso machine; nonetheless very manageable for us. It is very cosy, especially in the master bedroom under the roof where all the heat accumulated. Beware that the internet is very good, whereas working remotely and living activities require a fair amount of (re-)arrrangements. Overall recommended for those that come on a holiday and spend their time out and about in lovely Auckland.

Convenient location

We chose this property to stay at as it was close to the CBD and transport - this proved to be a great choice for us as we didn't have a car for 2 days. The amenities were fairly good and comfortable other than the single bed area under the stairs which got a little stuffy. Unfortunately, we happened to stay at the property on a Saturday night when a house party was happening in the adjacent building which kept us up a lot of the night! This is no fault of the property or property manager as they were excellent to communicate with and left plenty of good information. Also, the other aparments in the building were respectfully quiet after dark. It was just unfortunate timing. If staying in an apartment in Auckland CBD, you should know that there is a hotline to call if you need to complain about noise - local council provide this service (wrong number in the information booklet left at the property - just search for "Auckland noise compaint hotline"). We called the hotline at midnight and the noise was quelled about half an hour later. We just wish we had thought to call earlier. Other than this unfortunate event, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful location near everything

This was a wonderful location, loft style apartment. Would be wonderful for one or two people. The host gave wonderful directions. Some of the materials inside could use a little bit of a refresh. But overall, the price was excellent. The location was excellent. It's near everything. I hardly recommend. And Peter was excellent to work with.

Great location

This apartment is a great location for folks wanting to visit Auckland. You are within walking distance to the harbor, ferry, lots of restaurants and parks. The building is on a bit of a hill, so be prepared to walk up and down. The apartment is well equipped and the owner is friendly and helpful.

Great central apartment

Great overall stay . Central location , lots of space for a family of 4 . The loft and steps are quite high - not great for elderly or young kids . Great to have a washer and a dryer- bathroom could do with an update , was quite damp with mould . Great communication with owner and easy check in . Would recommend to families waiting a central local location in Auckland.
