Good Size house for multiple families

Overall house was as advertised, for a large house with more guests could use more plates and cutlery. Also would recommend ordering pool heat prior to arriving. Pool was cold so we then ordered the pool heat which took a couple days to get up to a swimmable temperature. Otherwise house was outfitted well.

Family vacation

This was not the vacation experience at Windsor Hills my family expected. We have stayed in several homes at the resort before; however, we have never had an experience like this. Upon arrival, we had to have maintenance reattach the television to the wall in the family room. The home was not cleaned properly so we had to sweep doors (this helped to reduce the number of bugs crawling around downstairs), purchase Hotshot to kill crawling bugs we assumed to be some type of ants, as well as roaches in the kitchen and one of the upstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom mattress was sunken and extremely uncomfortable. We called maintenance regarding the mattress in the first floor bedroom as it was also sunken and my 76 year old father was uncomfortable sleeping in that bed. Maintenance was very helpful with attempting to fix the air conditioning in the movie theater room; however, they advised they could only do so much as it is not big enough to cool the area and they could not do anything about the poor mattress condition. The part of the kitchen cabinet was falling apart. There are no batteries for the fans on the lanai. The tv in the master bedroom appeared to have been on the wall at one time and is now resting on the dresser so there’s a whole in the wall behind in which is visible upon walking in the room. We will never stay in this home again.

Unfortunately, we cannot give a good review. Due to character space, I can’t capture everything. We spent several hours working w/the property manger & maintenance. We had to clean for hours our first night just to get it in a good spot to sleep in the home. On a positive note, the home was in better shape when we left. Pros: spacious, close to attractions, & theatre is a nice bonus. Cons: the pictures are completely misleading. The home is filthy. Carpet stains, big paint chips, furniture is ripped & broken. Ceiling fan by the pool was in the mist of falling off, kitchen cabinets hanging off the hinges. Clogged sinks with standing water. One of the bed sheets had a big pee stain, food & rime on everything (walls, furniture, floor). All flooring was disgusting, no option to go without shoes in the home. Pool had goggles & a hair bunform from the last guest. Several pubic hairs on the bathroom floor. AC did not work the first two nights (we slept in a 90 degree home), when the AC repair man finally showed up, we learned it was due to the filter (it had over an inch of dust clogging it). Maintenance showed on our third day, he fixed the cabinet, sink, & ceiling fans. We asked for housekeeping- they mopped the tile floor, dusted, & changed the one bed w/the stain (nothing more). We requested the pool be cleaned, it never happened. On our last day we found a large cockroach in the bathroom - unfortunately we weren’t surprised.

Nice stay

The place was nice but the pool wasn't heated until our last day. Also, not enough towels when we got there so we had to go out and buy some.

Plenty of space

Plenty of room inside with large rooms and bathrooms. Pool is a great size. The theater is an amazing bonus! Property management very quick to fix any issues. Listing here is misleading. Although a beautiful place this is clearly not a "new" property. Really needs new beds before I would consider returning.

Terrific Family Home

We throughly enjoyed the home. The theater room was a big hit. My husband packed our Firestick, Roku and Playstation. There were a few minor issues that were handled immediately. Home was comfortable with the exception of some of the mattresses left us a bit sore. Overall it was a fantastic vacation. We hate to leave. The Robinson's
