Superb New York style apartment within a heritage listed building with city views overlooking Albert Park and literally a short walk from the Grand Prix circuit around Albert Park Lake when the Australian Formula 1 comes to town.
Your holiday stay is located amongst cafes, shops, supermarkets, and restaurants in the 'Paris end' of Fitzroy Street, and you're a stones-throw from public transport to the city or a walk to the beach.
Secure undercover parking included, if required.
You have the option to work remotely in the study area with a desk, a 4k 27inch monitor (contact to arrange the monitor!) and ergonomic Gregory Inca high back chair.
If you're flying in/out of Melbourne you have the option of an easy airport transfer via Skybus.
The apartment is well appointed with comfortable beds and furnishings and everything you will need to cook/prepare meals in the kitchen.
Access everything Melbourne has to offer with tram stops around 2-3 minutes walk from the apartment which makes it easy to get to the city and surrounds.
