Mitt vagnshus ligger i det lugna hjärtat av centrum av Greenville, bara några minuters gångavstånd från Main Street, BS Wellness Arena och Swamp Rabbit Trail med början i Cleveland Park.

Mycket viktigast är att min egendom är superren. Jag tvättar alla sängkläder och desinficerar väl före varje gäst.

Den ljusa inredningen är traditionell inredning med alla bekvämligheter - höghastighetsinternet, kabel, helt ny 55 ”Samsung smart TV, helt ny Casper queen bed, helt ny Zinus bäddsoffa madrass, klädkammare, fullt utrustat kök, tvättmaskin / torktumlare och till och med extra parkering.

Vagnshuset har en fantastisk PLATS - inbäddat bakom ett nationellt historiskt hem (byggt 1917) i ett lugnt område men ändå minuters gångavstånd till överallt där du vill vara i centrum av Greenville. Och Swamp Rabbit Trail börjar i grannskapet precis bakom The Carriage House i Cleveland Park. Mina gäster har gällat om platsen - läs recensioner! Det är bara några minuters gångavstånd från Bon Secours Wellness Arena, Falls Park, Peace Center for Performing Arts, Fluor Field, fantastiska restauranger och bryggerier, shopping i centrum, Saturday Farmers Market, Swamp Rabbit Trail, Cleveland Park, Greenville Zoo, både Prisma Healthcare och St. Francis Hospital-system och Publix. Min vagnshuslägenhet ligger i det historiska Pettigru-distriktet i Greenville som ger en trevlig promenad i ett charmigt område.

The accommodations were superb..just as described in the listing! The location was within walking distance of downtown and all major attractions. The host couldn’t be more inviting and accommodating. You would not be disappointed.

Fabulous Apartment Near Heart of Downtown

Beautiful, updated yet cozy apartment that is so convenient to all the downtown area. Walkable to Reedy River Walk and shopping and dining. Cammie is a fabulous host and the accommodations were even better than we imagined.

Great option close to the trails and the bars

This property is great. I could stay for a week. Will note that there is a downstairs property as well and the courtyard is a shared space. Location just could not be better and so much easier to park versus the craziness at the downtown hotels.

Perfect downtown location

The property was as described. The pictures in the listing are accurate. The host was onsite and made us feel welcome. Walkable to breweries and the farmers market on Saturday morning as well as Bon Secour Arena for a show. Swamp Rabbit trail is near by as well as bike rental at Reedy Rides if you need bikes.

Convenient location , very clean, quiet

The carriage house is accurate shown on the listing, the host is responsive and the unit very clean. It is conveniently located to Greenville’s ample attractions, walking distance, and in a very safe neighborhood. A few more supplies might be a good idea, such as paper towels. Bathroom was clean, but a little tight for counter space near the sink, and the shower valve is a little quirky. Living room coffee tablet a bit small, but these are small issues. Very good space for a couple visiting Greenville.

Exactly what we needed

This was the perfect quiet location for us to enjoy Downtown Greenville and other attractions that are very close, such as the Zoo. We easily walked to several breweries and restaurants which is awesome not having to worry about parking!

Great time in Greenville

My wife and I stayed here and had a wonderful time. The location is great, very convenient (walkable) to most downtown resturants and shops. Cammie (host) was great - greeted us when we arried and was responsive to quetions I sent her. Would recommend. Neil

Great walkable location to downtown

Romantic weekend getaway

Beautiful location within easy walking distance of downtown Greenville. The carriage house apartment was comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed restaurants downtown, walks in the various parks and strolling through the Farmers Market. The kitchen could be slightly better equipped for aspiring cooks.
