HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

ONLINE PURCHASE:
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply.
Some resorts may not accept them.

POOL HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
3-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi. It does not have jets. It can only be heated if the entire pool is heated. They both will have the same temperature.
6-Heaters works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at times.)

ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED when the owner has to fix something or pay for an extra cleaning.

Nice Stay for Large Family

We had a nice time at this rental. There were 3 family units, a total of 12 people. 6 adults and 6 children aged 5 and under. The space was comfortable for all of us and we had enough room to be there for the week without feeling cramped. The gated pool was really great with so many children. There were a lot of breakable items (large glass dining table, entertainment center, decorations), so we did have to be extra careful with our kids. The kitchen had enough equipment for us to do some light cooking. A few more sets of child-friendly dishes would have been great. The rooms were decently comfortable, and the kids loved the themed rooms. Having on-site laundry capability was great. It would have been nice if the main tv was a smart TV with capability for more apps - it was difficult to use. The one most negative part of our experience was just the check-in procedures. It was not very clear that we would have to get in through a gate, and we were not told that all adults names should be on the reservation so they could also get into the gate. We spent a lot of time trying to get that figured out and trying to get ahold of someone who could help. Overall, it was a nice stay and we would recommend to others.

Fabulous property for Orlando parks

Really great property. Super clean. Well decorated. Great communication with management company. I did miss the email with the rental agreement. It came from an unknown email address and went to my junk folder. However, they called me to let me know, so it was no problem.
