Whatever brings you to the Olympic Peninsula, you'll find the Good Day Sunshine Townhome offers you a cozy base of operations. A queen bed in the master bedroom is comfortably appointed with clean linens for your stay, and is accompanied by two twins in the smaller bedroom for your kids or friends. The home's two bathrooms ensure that you'll never need to wait on people who take long showers in the morning!

A simply furnished, but comfortable living room provides a great place to curl up at the end of the day with some TV or a book, or to just spend some time dozing in front of the electric fireplace. In good weather, kick up your feet on the deck just steps away. Take advantage of the small but well equipped kitchen to cook a small meal, or just to serve some takeout from great restaurants nearby.

Naturally, you'll also want to enjoy everything the Kala Point Resort has to offer. Private beaches, grills, swimming pools, playgrounds for the kids, and more are all there for your use during your stay!

This gated timeshare community is nestled in tall evergreens just six miles from scenic Port Townsend, and a short drive from Olympic National Park. Facilities at Kala Point include a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room, a small boat launch, free Wi-Fi, tennis courts, playgrounds, picnic tables, grills, and more!

We know that booking a rental property home for your vacation can be unfamiliar territory for some, while others know their way around it. Because we know this, we ensure that each of our properties are up to high quality standards.

We do our absolute best to provide support to our guests when booking.

We are available to assist you every day of the year, if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for any issues that might arise.

MANAGED: This managed property needs good guest behavior and adherence to instructions, rules, terms, conditions, and requires online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. IF dogs area allowed, there is a quantity and weight limit, with a per-day, per-dog fee. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording depending on staffing. There may be interior decibel meters to report excessive noise. To allow enough time for full cleaning, check-In time is 5pm and Check-Out is 11am. Bookings over 29 days are with Prospera Property Management.

Nice, clean place

This condo was very clean and well kept up. We loved the easy access to hiking on the north side of the Olympics. We can't comment on the clubhouse or other amenities as they were closed due to Covid.

The place was nice, the check-in was terrible

We really enjoyed our stay at Kala Point. The unit was very nice, clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The beach at Kala Point was great and we really enjoyed our time there. I will say that the check-in process was terrible. There is a gate to access Kala Point and you need a code to get in. The check-in document didn't mention a gate or provide a code. We tried to get in for quite a while until a resident used his code to get us in. Then the check-in document says to get the key from the key box on the door. The code we thought we were supposed to use wasn't right and after quite a bit of trying, we called the number on the check-in sheet. That is actually the reservation number and we had to call a different number to speak to someone on site. We were told we needed to speak to someone else and were transferred. We left a message with this third person, but never got a callback. We eventually found the door was slightly ajar and we were able to get in. The keys were on the kitchen counter. There is a very specific document they provide, but did had nothing to do with the actual process. Happily, the stay got better from there on.
