Better than pictures

Our stay at Brian's place was short but the property and all the amenities made it extra fun. We will definitely rent again, it is surrounded by beautiful trees and you can head all kind of birds. The pool being inside made it a lot better, property was so big and private.

Great property!

This place was perfect for our needs. We were celebrating my wifes 40th bday and had 5 IU alums in our group who wanted to spend time on campus. It is about 15 min away. The house has so much to do between the pool, hot tub, game rooms and movie theater! Theres also nice living areas and a patio to just sit and enjoy your company. Brian, the host, was also very great. The house, pool/hot tub, patio were clean and welcoming. Really no complaints. All of my guests were also impressed with the house and offered me many compliments for finding this .

Great home away from home…with many amenities!

Five sisters/sister-in-laws spent a week at Brian’s house. Brian is an excellent host and was very responsive to our needs. The house is big, private, and beautifully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning to return next year! Highly recommend!

Built to entertain

Our family stayed here for IU graduation. Awesome and so fun, playing games and in the pool and hot tub. Not too far from town, big spacious place.

Geezer Gathering

8 family members all over 70 got together to visit. The house worked out great...lots of space to visit. The weather was rainy every day so having the house really saved the day. There was space for cards,swimming,games,TV and reading. We had a reat time.

Amazing family vacation home

We had an awesome time together as a family, from playing games, pool, cards to swimming in pool and soaking in the hot tub. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more!

Kids had a blast in the pool!

Property was clean and fit all our needs. Kids had fun in the pool and we enjoyed the poker room. They supplied all the necessities. Definitely a place we would stay at again.

Fun place

This was a fun place for our extended family gathering. We enjoyed the indoor pool and also spent a day at Lake Monroe (30 minutes away). The house is in a pretty, rural area yet close to town.

Lovely property for a couples getaway

Awesome Pool Room

4 Generations stayed for family vacation. We all really enjoyed the pool room. House was clean and has plenty of room. Spent one day at the Indianapolis Zoo which was well worth the 45 min drive. House feels very secluded but is very close to everything you need.

Short vacation.

Everything was amazing! The pool was perfect, our 2.5 year old absolutely loved it and all us adults enjoyed it as well. The housewas in close proximity to Bloomington and only a short drive to Nashville and brown county state park. Was the perfect little getaway spot for a us and would definitely recommend staying here.

Great stay

One of the few places that looks just like the picture. They had everything we needed to cook, plenty of towels for the pool. The decor and hospitality reminded me of a very nice hotel. We had some hiccups but the owner/manager was readily available and addressed all issues, as best he could. The communication and willingness to help was wonderful. And we were able to enjouy our stay. We will definitely look to book this place again.

Private Resort

This property is a private resort with all of the amenities. The entire space was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated, and included everything you could imagine for an indoor romantic getaway. From the massive heated pool, to the sauna, to the two jacuzzi tubs (one indoor and one outdoor) to the game room, to the luxurious bedrooms everything was fantastic.

Wonderful house in a great location

We had a wonderful stay! The pool was perfect. Great for a family's getaway. Plenty of space to enjoy. Convenient to IU, Brown County. Lots of great hikes close by. The basement bedroom and bedroom over garage would not be good for little kids by themselves as they are separated from main living space. Overall, I'd highly recommend. My family loved the pool, hot tub and outdoor area. Beautiful place to visit in the fall.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect little getaway since we have been quarantined with two high-risk family members in our household. Our toddler is obsessed with swimming and was begging us by 9am every morning to get in the pool. The pool is centrally located in the home where no matter if someone is inside doing something, you still feel a part of what is going on. We will definitely be coming again one day!

Great getaway with lots onsite to do

Our group enjoyed the game rooms, pool, hot tubs and outdoor space. Close location to restaurants and shopping but we spent almost all our time at the property. One of the best stocked rentals we have experienced (towels-bath and pool, kitchen essentials and gaming entertainment)!! Beds are comfortable and rooms are theme decorated. Separate spaces are quiet. In need of a good deep clean in a few spots and a few repairs but nothing unacceptable. Thanks Brian for your responsiveness the day of check in and an enjoyable property!

Great property but could use a little TLC

The house & property was perfect for our family but could use a little TLC. The indoor pool was perfect for the rainy evenings. The house could be a little better stocked with trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. I brought extra of everything except trash bags.
