This apartment is perfect for the working professional or a small family looking for vacation! 1 block from Christus Spohn Shoreline Hospital makes it the perfect spot for nurses doctors. American Bank Center, Selena Auditorium, Concrete Street Amphitheater TAMUCC and Del Mar I37 and Refinery Row are a short drive. Downtown is only 1.7 mi. North Beach & Mc Gee bay beaches are also a short drive!

Stay on the bay 6 points is located less than half a mile from the bay. Unit 1 is a 2bd/1ba apartment located on the ground floor. Take a drive, walk, jog or rent a scooter down Ocean Dr or Shoreline BLVD and explore beautiful Corpus Christi, Tx. Stay at the perfect destination and visit Port Aransas, Rockport, Portland, Robstown and North Padre Island with a short drive or stay close to downtown Corpus Christi. Walking distance to local favorite restaurants and coffee shops including Sandi’s Diner, Hester’s Café, Price’s Chef and Luciano’s Italian Restaurant. Birthday weekend

It was such a beautiful house and the only thing I’d have an issue with is the beds aren't that soft or comfortable but everything else was amazing. The living room sofa was super comfy and I enjoyed sleeping on it

Girls weekend

Last trip before my daughter goes off to college and it was a blast. This house is close to everything we wanted to do from shopping, dolphin tours, and beach time. I would recommend it to anyone.

Highly recommended property

Clean, cool air, all of the needed kitchen utensils, beach towels, large bathroom with big vanity and chair for my daughters, lots of disinfectant & soap, brand new grill, quite area, really nice older lady next door and an overall awesome time. Thank you for sharing your place with me to celebrate my daughter’s graduation.
