We loved everything about this property. The location is great with easy access to the beach and pool. Linda is an amazing hostess and the unit has everything you need to have a relaxing vacation.

This was without a doubt the cleanest rental property I’ve ever stayed in. It was so very well stocked from the kitchen to the bedrooms and bathrooms. It was luxurious with a feeling of total comfort. We’re renting this place again next year. This is truly a premier property!!

Summer beach vacation

Property was just as advertised, great private community. Sit on balcony drink your morning coffee and watch the waves roll in. Location is just a short walk to the beach, well stocked residence, no need to bring beach chairs, umbrellas all included. Would absolutely stay there again in the future.

Beautiful week at Litchfield, SC

Unit was very clean, owner communicated well with us. People we ran into at the complex were all extremely nice and helpful! The tuscany theme is nicely done but on a personal choice I like a lighter beachy theme. But, I would definitely recommend and stay there again!

Great Getaway

The condo was beautiful, immaculately clean, and very well stocked. Everything you could possibly need was included. The location was wonderful and very close to the ocean. Although the condo is in a condo development, the beach was never crowded. Linda was always available to answer any questions. We had a wonderful vacation and would love to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful place to stay! A fabulous property which was immaculately clean and well furnished.

My wife and I were there for a week. This property is well deserving of it's perfect 5 Star rating. The property was very well furnished and extremely clean. Much more like your own home than the typical rental property. Communication with the owner was clear and prompt. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the Litchfield Beach area.

Great Stay in Litchfield

This was our first trip to Pawley's Island and it did not disappoint. The townhouse is fully stocked and extremely clean. The owner and her caretaker could not have been more accessible. There was plenty of room for our whole family. The walk to the beach is not far at all and the view of the ocean is picture perfect. The master bedroom mattress was so comfortable it was hard to get out of bed each each morning! The resort is beautiful and quiet. We never had issues parking while we were there during peak season. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would recommend this home to anyone looking to vacation in the area!

Beautiful Beach Front Property

Extremely clean, spacious, well-furnished, and equipped with beautiful sunrise views over the ocean. Very comfortable beds and there are beach chairs included too. The extra touches that Lin provides are above all others. The ice maker is a champ! As soon as you enter through the gate house you know you have arrived at a special place. The entire property is manicured to near perfection. Very well maintained and conveniently located to the shopping center, boutiques, restaurants, and attractions. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. Upon arrival, housekeeping had made sure the property was sparkling clean. The owner was readily available to assist us if needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The chairs and umbrellas were a nice extra with the unit. The master suite has a very relaxing atmosphere. We loved our stay!

Amazing getaway ❤️

We decided last minute to take a vacation when we stumbled across Linda’s place. To say she was the “hostess with the mostest” is an understatement. Linda went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly prior to our arrival and even had a welcome gift for us when we arrived. She made us feel like family and we will definitely stay at her place again. We were mere steps from the beach but still had privacy. The townhome was very clean and well decorated. Definitely a 5 star!

Litchfield Sandpiper A-1-T

High-end, oceanfront townhouse in Litchfield by the Seas. The entire community is great. We played tennis each day, went fishing in the lakes, swam in the very clean pool and enjoyed the beauty of the community layout. Plenty of room on beach in this gated community. The townhouse was very well-maintained with high end decorations and bedding. No need to bring beach chairs, umbrellas or boogie boards! They are included! Lyn, our host, was very accommodating and even offered a late check-out! Loved it!

Fantastic Beach Vacation

We have been coming to Litchfield for 15+ years, and my parents actually own a condo there with other couples. This was our first time renting through VRBO, and the process was so smooth. This is a really large condo super close to the beach. Beautiful, clean and met all of our needs. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

You will not be disappointed

Within moments of booking the experience started. I received a welcome email with Owner Linda’s contact information and additional information related to the unit. All of the descriptive information was “ spot on “. You will love this property. Cleanest place I’ve ever booked. Ownership pride is evident throughout. Nice furniture, appliances, dishware, cookware and on and on. Expected the usual bare bones rental unit and instead experienced a “ wow “. Will absolutely return. Cheers

Private Paradise Near Pawleys Island SC

I've stayed in this warm, welcoming beachfront condo on several occasions, each with continued fond memories. The kitchen & dining areas are open, clean and fully equipped and all of the bath rooms equally so. I've also stayed, on one occasion or another, in each of the bedrooms and each has it's own quaint features while they all share a peaceful and comfortable sleeping layout, with the Master Bedroom topping the list with it's great views and easy access to the outside patio and beyond through secure, panoramic sliding doors. On each stay I've also enjoyed discovering different features of the vacation complex; always taking advantage of the short walk to the beautiful South Carolina oceanfront and an even shorter walk to expansive [and very well maintained] pools and hot tub - a 'guests only' accessible area equipped with an abundance of lounge chairs and sun/shade choices. On one stay I afforded myself a pass to the on-site gym/spa/indoor pool services and very much enjoyed those options as well. The unit features fast wifi and lots of TV options for an evening in, and the entire area, even in the 'off season' has numerous quality dining out choices. A personal favourite is the 'locals' best kept secret, the P.I.T. [Pawleys Island Tavern] for it's large portions of down-home pub favs, friendly staff and even occasional live entertainment. Correspondence with the owner was both timely and friendly and I know they employ a full time service person who keeps the unit very clean and can be contacted directly should any issues arise. Parking for one vehicle is assigned and under cover, directly below the unit building and there is elevator access if needed. Overall, I am giving this vacation spot a 5 star rating - bang for the buck it's hard to beat, any time of year!

Tuscany by the Sea rental -- a true delight !

Staying at the Tuscany by the Sea rental was just as delightful as it sounds. The space is arranged so that the upstairs includes the kitchen/dining area, large living space and balcony with a view of the ocean. Lots of room for everybody if you have a family or group. Each of the three lower level bedrooms has its own bathroom. Perfect for privacy. The master bedroom has a walk out patio. The furnishings are elegant yet cozy. Our family had so many cherished and playful moments together while there and yet we still enjoyed some individual secluded time. The location is great as it has a pool and spa and lots of beach access for quick swims or long walks. A lovely, very clean and well-appointed rental. We will be returning soon.

This one has everything you could want.

Yes, elegant, but also welcoming and totally user friendly. I never had to think for more than a second or two, and what I needed was right at my fingertips. Including all the great amenities mentioned in the listing. This is obviously a well cared for and kept up property in a prime area. Truly convenient to all kinds of shops and eateries. Just a short hop over to Pawley's Island and Murrell's Inlet. I would love to return sometime. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Peaceful Relaxing Resort

We absoulutly love this place! It's a beautiful resort, the grounds, pools and recreation areas are very well kept. The location is perfect. Its close to resteraunts,stores and shopping. There are multiple golf courses and bike trails. Bikes can be rented on the property. The Huntington Beach State Park, Brookgreen Gardens and Murrels Inlet are all just minutes away. Charleston SC is a little over a hour away and makes a great day trip. Of course not leaving the resort is also highly recommended. The condo is comfortable, spacious and immaculate. The owners have thought of every amenity to make your stay enjoyable. The pools, hot tubs and beach are only a few steps away. The veiw of the ocean and sunrises from the balcony are spectacular! The beaches are clean, uncrowded and wide open, perfect for walking,running or bike riding. My family and I have enjoyed our stays here with family and friends for many years. Best place at Litchfield by the Sea

Our family of nine spent an awesome week at Tuscany by The Sea. The pictures do not do this place justice,, from the minute you walk through the door, it is like going home. The home is kept impeccably clean by Mrs, Miller. The owner, Lin does everything to make sure that your stay is perfect. We will definitely be going back to stay there again. We all hated to leave. We have stayed at Hilton Head for many years and this is by far one of the best places we have ever stayed.

Tuscany by the sea A Peaceful Perfect Place!

We just came back from our third visit to Tuscany by the sea. We feel rejuvinated and refreshed. The beaches were uncrowded, wide open and beautiful.Perfect for kite flying, walking and finding shells.The pools were warm clean and the lazy river is fun and relaxing..The hot tubs were great too! The area is golf heaven! We also enjoyed biking on the many trails and bike paths.The tropical landscaping is lovely and very well maintained.The Aquarium and Broadway at the beach is only a short drive away. There are so many great resteraunts to choose from there is something for everyone.Brookgreen gardens is spectacular and a must see! Although there is an abundance of things to do in the area, we find that we are most content spending time here on the property.It is beautifully decorated and very well kept.It is spacious and fully equiped with all the amenities you need and more.The owners have gone above and beyond to be sure of that! We appreciate all that they did to insure that we had a wonderful vacation. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for yet another memorable vacation. We hope to return again someday.
