PERFECT SUNSET SPOT

Perfect for me and my girlfriend for a get away. Had trouble finding the location at first. The host answered our phone call immediately and got us on track. Everything is close to this condo.

Nicely remodeled condo with a great view

This condo was nicely renovated and owned/operated by great people! The process was entirely easy, parking was an absolute breeze. The property itself is meh but that's not on the owners of this condo. This listing is easily 5/5 stars!

Amazing View

The condo is clean with an open floor plan and nicely equipped kitchen. The view from the balcony is worth the reservation! Prefect place for a meal or just relaxing. The grounds, pool & tiki bar all all well cared for. Visual security & maintenance staff made me feel comfortable. We had a great time!

The unit for the price was accurately advertised. It was clean and equipped. This is our second time staying at this location and the overall facility has decline. The overwhelming smell of weed is very prevalent. We couldn’t sit on the beach or our patio without the smell of weed! None of this is the owners responsibility.

It’s great for my family to chill and feel the best of Tampa Bay. The ocean view is stunning and the room has all essentials! The neighborhood is quiet , friendly, and the private beach scored it! I’ll book it again!

...do you always get what you pay for ??!!

We stayed at the unit for 3 nights including New Year's. Communication with owner was very professional and our request to provide fresh bed-sheets was quickly arranged for. The unit presented clean and details like a small X-Mas Tree, stockings and a bottle of red wine made us feel welcome and were appreciated. From the small balcony we enjoyed the view to the bay as well as both the morning and afternoon sun. The kitchen was pretty much complete, the queen size bed rather comfortable.....but: even taking into account seasonal demand the absolute high premium rent made us feel we overpaid for a unit, which is not as large as advertised (at least by 100 sqft) and whose built-outs (kitchen, bathroom) are not of the age and quality the photos make you believe. Luckily the location was ideal for where we had to go in the Tampa area. Evaluating pros and cons we give it a 3 out of 5

Great Stay

I was on a work trip at the convention center, about a 15 minutes Uber away. I wanted a place to get away each night and enjoy the bay. This was a perfect spot. Whether I was sitting on the balcony enjoying the views or sitting in the Adirondack chairs by the fire. It was perfect. It was also clean and very easy to access.

Great vacation spot

This place is exactly what is listed. Small but comfortable. Kitchen fully equipped. The view was perfect. Patio chairs and table allowed me to enjoy it even more. Overall I would stay here again. Location was great, room was comfortable and close to the pool (bonus points ) and the space was clean.

Surprising Find

As we turned the corner into the property, we didn't know what to expect. We where pleasantly pleased in the quaint accommodations. The view of the bay was awesome, the amenities kept us on property when we was not being tourists. We had toddlers and they enjoyed the pool, French fries, sand volleyball court. Thankfully kitchen saved us emensely, great price, great view, great heated pool....awesome french fries....

Overall lovely...

Christine was remarkably responsive, and kind. The parking was easy, and provisions in the unit were perfect. I was disappointed that there was no possible way to walk along a shore line. This is the only reason I will not give it a 5 star.

Resort ok, property nice. View great!

The property itself is nice. It’s clean and updated. Great to have a kitchen. The view is great! The bedroom is a little stuffy, needs better air flow. Maybe add a ceiling fan. The resort is a little run down and doesn’t offer too much. The beach and pool are just ok. The resort is quiet and mostly clean. Location is convenient to the airport and several restaurants. A bit of a drive to Clearwater and Clearwater beach.

We were very interested in the seasonal rental business as we both enjoy traveling. We knew right away this lovely condo unit was going to be a place where people around the world would enjoy when visiting the Tampa Bay area. We fell in love with the sunset views from the balcony so much we named our unit Casa Del Sol.
