This deluxe vacation home has an open concept Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen with direct access to large deck to meet multiple families needs. A large luxurious Master Suite overlooks the lake with direct access to a deck perfect for entertaining/relaxing. Two additional main floor guest suites, 1 overlooking the lake share a beautifully renovated bathroom. A full feature laundry room off the foyer is available if needed.

An inviting Loft bedroom with twin bunk beds and "play nooks" is a perfect play-and-stay place for kids. The lower level features "up-north knotty pine" comfort with a great room space (2 sleeper sofa's if needed) and 2 bedroom suites. One bedroom suite features a spacious and deluxe twin Queen bed Suite with on-suite bathroom. The other Queen bedroom features knotty-pine ambiance with freshly renovated semi-private bathroom.

Please take advantage of the many water activities on the kayaks, paddle board, canoe and 14' fishing boat w/oars that are included. A full service dock with integrated patio is also included.
Be sure to ask the owner about multiple watersport toys available for rent separately (24' Pontoon w/90hp, outboard for the 14' fishing boat). The owner has been known to offer sea-doo and ski-boat rides to guests, availability is just a phone call away (or flag Matt down on the lake).

The Winter season is just as amazing as summer. Your located directly in the “Snow Belt” so abundant snow is available when other areas are lacking. Snowmobile trails are easily accessible.

Also, many ski resorts (Shanty Creek/Schuss Mtn, Boyne, Hanson Hills, Tree-tops, Hickory Hills, Mount Holiday) and cross-country trails are a short drive away.

This is truly a WinterWaterWonderland.

ORV Vacation

Picked this property because of it’s central location to the orv trails our group of 11 wanted to ride. The house fit us perfectly, the setting was beautiful, the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Matt and Laura were fantastic with communication, always very quick to respond. I would have absolutely no reservations about staying here again.

Michigan lake fun with family

We had a wonderful week. Everyone is trying to figure out when we can do it again! Matt and Laura were great hosts. So responsive to any issues that came up. Adding the pontoon boat to our reservation was a smart move for us. With little kids, it provided even more time outside. And the whole family could join in. The house had everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable and the spaces really fit our crew. The lake itself was amazing—clear clean water, perfect for jumping into. Being there for the 4th of July added to the fun. Best fireworks show all around the lake. Thanks for a fun week!

Great house on a beautiful lake!

Matt was very easy to get ahold of. The property had everything we needed. The lake has crystal clear water and was tucket away from the crowds you would find on the chain'o'lakes.

Family Vacation 2023

We had an excellent time. The lake was beautiful. Crystal clear and very fun. We loved the deck right on the water. We rented the pontoon boat that was perfect for cruising around the lake with the whole family. This property had everything you need. We only needed to bring our clothes, beach towels and food. Everything else was waiting for us. The owners are super nice, helpful and on-call to answer any questions throughout our stay. The place was very clean and laid out really well. Thank you, Matt and Laura for a great stay!!

Family Vacation

This was a great place for us to stay with our family of 11. Plenty of space, bright and clean, and a wonderful view of the lake. Our youngest three grandchildren enjoyed the water every day and the rest of us most of the days. Matt was very helpful and a gracious host.

Great lake vacation spot

Ideal place for a family vacation! The house is large so perfect for multiple family units with everyone having their own area. We had adult children along with young grandchildren so it was an ideal setup. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, utensils, pots and pans, etc. We enjoyed the great view of the lake and the deck and patio areas were wonderful as well as the dock. Loved the chairs on the dock, too! Great place to hang out and relax and take in the lake views. We also rented the pontoon boat and loved spending time on that. Matt and Laura have done a great job of providing a very comfortable place for a family vacation! Already have booked for a week next summer!

Our family loves this place

Love the spaciousness, plenty of room for 7 adults and 5 kids. The lake is crystal clear. Only a 2 1/2 hour drive from Grand Rapids. Kayaks, paddleboard, etc., provided. This was our 2nd year in a row to rent this house, and hope to return.

Amazing vacation home

This home is amazing! When we arrived a few minutes early Matt was there doing some last minute things. He was welcoming, kind and helpful. The house is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. All of the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is supplied with all the dishes and utensils needed for our family of 14. Our family enjoyed the popcorn popper in the evening. The lake is quiet and peaceful. We rented the pontoon also and enjoyed it a lot. Our son brought his fishing boat and caught a lot of fish. He does catch and release so we didn’t get to eat any but he sure enjoyed catching them. With a beautiful lake, a beautiful home, and excellent hosts, it doesn’t get any better!

Fully loaded, space for everyone.

This was our second time spending Thanksgiving at this property. It is perfect for our family. We love doing puzzles, having a dedicated lower level for the kids to play games, a big dining space to fit everyone and a beautiful view and fireplace to set a scene!

Come and enjoy this beautiful waterfront home on one of the finest "quaint" lakes in Michigan. All sports, but small enough to know the boats and toys are not far away.
Carribean green waters with sand bottom make this a very desirable lake for sports and relaxation. Sail, Kayak, PaddleBoard and go Boating to your hearts content.

Not only the lake, but surrounding Golf Courses, Hiking and biking trails, Restaurants, Casinos, Winery's and Bars/pubs are all a short drive away. Manistee river is close by too for a lazy day on the river. If visiting cities is in you plans; Traverse City, Charlevoix, Petoskey, Gaylord, Elk Rapids, Grayling, Kalkaska and Mancelona/Bellaire are a short drive away.
