This brand new 3 bedroom property is perfectly nestled on Queenstown Hill. Enjoy uninterrupted views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables mountains. Now with spa pool to relax and unwind after a busy day.

The rate is for 6 guests, but the property has the capacity to sleep 8 guests with a large 4th bedroom (semi self contained) with ensuite downstairs.

Loved our stay!

My family of four with two grown sons LOVED staying in this beautiful and modern home overlooking the gorgeous Queenstown lake. Views are spectacular, beds comfy, and amenities were top notch. Highly recommend!

Fabulous stay!

We stayed at this property for 4 nights. Beautifully presented home with the most fabulous views & loved the ensuite with every bedroom. A little bit of a climb up the hill but well worth it once you get there. We will definitely book this property again!

Views of Mountains

We stayed with one other couple the house was very homely and exceptionally tidy, the views are amazing.. we are looking to bring our young daughters too visit Queenstown along with my parents and will definitely choose to come back and stay at the Modbox.

Luxury accommodation

The house was incredibly well set up with all the extras, Nutri bullet, platters, oil, sauces, sealed containers for leftovers etc, even a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge! Loved the privately situated spa and huge deck with amazing views and plenty of seating! Thank you Hamish and the crew who presented a clean and exceptionally comfortable stay!

A very beautiful place to stay, all you could wanted to experience the beauty of Queenstown

The Modbox is a beautiful house, with a large balcony to view the lake and surrounding mountains. It has a lovely bbq area as well as a fully appointed kitchen. The bedrooms each with there own en-suite are great. We enjoyed 6 days at the Modbox and had a great time.
