Waterview luxury suite accommodates up to 6 guests with two bedrooms and two bathrooms located on the North Fork of Long Island at The Cliffside Resort Condominiums in Greenport, New York. This location is minutes from town as well as wineries and centrally located to the ferry which can take you to Shelter Island and the South Fork. The resort is well maintained with a pool , BBQ grills and private beach access as well as ample parking for guests.

Overall great stay! Host was quick to respond with questions and place was clean and perfect for a family stay out east. As a native of Southold, I can speak to the amazing views and proximity to all local things-was just perfect!

Family Reunion in Greenport

Everything was wonderful! We were steps from the beach and pool and town was a short drive! We would definitely recommend!

Amazing location, great condo with plenty of room on a beach with a pool really close to town. Condo was very comfortable with all of the comforts of home. Could’ve used some extra garbage bags, toilet paper and cleaning products but the stay was very enjoyable. Host was super responsive.

Great place to stay

We loved our stay in Greenport at this condo. We used the private pool a lot and also spent time on the beach. The unit itself is clean and well kept, though the kitchen is a smidge small for family use.

Home Away From Home

We needed a place to stay locally while our floors were being redone and this condo was perfect for our family! Mia was great with quick replies from booking to any questions we had. We even had a big snow storm while we here and the parking lot was quickly plowed allowing me to get to my business on time!

Clean. Minimal supplies for dishwasher or cleaning. Last thing you want to do is have to go shopping for dishwasher supplies Terrible to no internet or phone. If you are relaxing but need/want to call family or work You can’t

Perfect for a Long Weekend Getaway

From start to finish this was a pleasant, easy experience. The unit has ample space, is well appointed and has all you need to enjoy a long weekend. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Besides the comfortable, modern condo, the property has much to offer. You can relax on Adirondack chairs outside, enjoy the pool and make use of the lounges by the beach. It’s a rocky beach so you may want to bring shoes for that. The short ride to Greenport, with cute shops and a great assortment of restaurants plus the many wineries and beaches nearby make it a perfect location. On top of it all, the owner is very responsive ....always a quick text away. I would check here first for availability next time I visit the North Fork and have already recommended this unit to friends.
