Pretty good accommodation with a few bits of advice.

Getting to the condo, valet, scenery and room all were great.Only advice update the beds they are a bit flat and harder, toaster did not work, and balcony doors need to be addressed for how hard the doesnt all in all nice place good location with a lot around within walking. Id stay here again.one rolls... or doesnt.

Hawaiian getaway

We stayed just a few nights here. It was perfect for my new blended family , 4 teens and my husband and I. Enough beds and bathrooms. The porch was huge and amazing view. Would be nice if the porch furniture matched the glam style of the house. Also make sure you are out when the time is up. We were 10 min behind and the cleaning crew was pounding on the door. Downstairs has amazing dining, shops, and pools. We wished we stayed longer.

Discription incorrect. Property manager does not reply.

Broken tv remote in living room; ice maker broken; floors turned socks dark-no cleaned; no pillow case for one pillow; NEEDS paint especially baseboards-chipped at corners. Patio door sounds like a rail car, needs adjusted, cleaned/wd40; all windows—50% of film to reflect sun/heat worn-a mess. Management does not respond 8 messages left even to a leaking toilet, had to call to condo security they sent some up to look at — one of the toilet bolts is orange so be going on for awhile.

Family wedding vacation

Overall it was a nice property. It had a few limitations in the fact it had no kitchen towels and no dishwashing soap for the dishwasher. We never could get the tv to work, but who needs a tv in Hawaii.

Great location :-)

I booked this property for my friends (2 couples). The unit was very spacious for them. The view is amazing! The location was perfect, at a walking distance from the beach, restaurants and shopping. Though the whole property and the furnishment is a bit dated, they liked it. The equipment of the house was very basic. I'd recommend providing more toilet paper, paper towels and some basic spices (salt, pepper, cooking oil), which is not expensive, but would mean an extra for those who want to cook during their stay.

Overall a good stay. The unit is bare bones and could use some updating but it was clean and comfortable. Definitely need to bring towels with you as you only get one (small and thin) per guest. Not ideal if you are staying a week because there is no washer in the unit. Management replied to questions/concerns in a timely manner.

Rules are ridiculous. Tell you to take off shoes but when you do the floor was nasty. They had a swifter sweeper and I used it to clean and the cleaning pad was black. Bed sheets were not cleaned well. Pillows had stains and need replaced. Couldn’t use the fold out bed and needed to as we had opposite sex that needed their own bed. It was broken and had a sign not to use which looks old. So owners must be unwilling to replace that as well. They Tell you to set air at 70 as to not cause damages to unit. The fact is it’s been broken and the owner must not want to fix it. You can tell it has been leaking for a long time and the baseboard has a section that’s been replaced. No paper towels. Only three towels for our entire stay and the washer and dryer units didn’t work in hotel. Person below us was complaining of water dripping and security wanted to come in our room while we were away and kept calling us while we were away trying to enjoy our vacation. The only good thing I can say is the space is fine and room was modern in appearance. There was a terrible smell coming from the garbage disposal. We never cooked or used dishes as we were gone most of the time. Honestly the owner needs to make small repairs before anyone else stays.

Great property!

The location of this property is perfect for our family. Walking distance to the mall and all the shopping along Waikiki. 2 great pools with lots of sun and lots of amenities right in the building. The beach is beautiful and you don’t have to go far to be right in the heart of Waikiki beach. The suite had enough room for 5 of us with room to spare. The view is amazing. Overlooking the lagoon and ocean with a double length lanai was perfect for starting the morning watching the sunrise with a coffee, and ending the day with a nightcap overlooking the lights. The only downsides to this property were the lack of basic sundries (dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher detergent etc). With a 2 week stay for 5, 3 rolls of toilet paper wasn’t enough. We had to go out and buy everything to make it through our stay. Another issue was the taps in both bathrooms leaked and the counters were soaked and wound run off onto the toilet paper roll. Which added to the shortage!! And the appliances were in need of updating and the oven didn’t work properly and there was only one burner on the stove top that worked. We cooked a lot so it was a bit of a struggle. Some small changes would make this a premium unit. We will definitely be booking this unit again!

Excellent location for your stay in Honolulu

You are within walking distance to beaches and a lagoon and an easy drive to most places. Be aware it is Valet only at $35 per day. There is a washer/dryer on the floor that you can use a card to pay with. Bathrooms were a little dirty on arrival. You also only get 2 rolls of toilet paper, and soap/shampoo. Also you only get very small towels. Make sure to bring your own beach towels. There was some beach gear that has been left from previous people, which is nice.

Pretty condo right in the heart of the action. My family of 5 was very comfortable there. Beautiful view from the deck/lanai. An issue with the bathroom shower drain was addressed promptly. Great communication from management.

Family trip in Oahu

The room was spacious and had plenty of sleeping space (king bed, a queen, a twin, and futon. The only issue was the pull out bed - it was dirty and broken. We couldn't use it for sleeping, but it still functioned fine as a couch. We didn't spend much time in the room, but the property was exactly what we needed for a family of 4 adults.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

Pre-booking: Communication was A1. I felt secured with what we booked because they were very detailed with the way they wanted us to check in and all those good stuff. Pre-check in: One of the smoothest check-in I have done. The code was simple and the locks were just perfect. Everyone was able to get in and out of the room without disturbing anyone. Stay: Our stay was great. Everyone was satisfied with the space and the balcony view was amazinggggggg. Every sunrise and sunset I was able to see the beautiful view of the waves and just admire the golden hour without the sun being directly in my face. The supplies were limited but they did state it prior to arriving. My favorite part other than the view was the kitchen, it was a mood with the blue lighting! There were also fun beach gears provided in the closet next to the door for the guest, so thank you! Outdoor: There are two pools we have access to: one is on the second floor and the other is on the lobby floor. There are towels that they provide for you during your experience at the pool. You can also take the ramp and walk down to the other side where theres a small "man-made pool" I guess we can call it that haha and a local beach (its rocky so be careful). There's a restaurant and live music all around us. I was able to walk down and go to the bar right across from the place. Theres many stores to shop and dine at. Transportation: We did valet, it was the easiest and less hassle for a group of 6. It was $35/night. We were able to have access to our car whenever we wanted. Everything was right around the corner. Our go to was walmart, which was a five minute drive. There was also bicycles you can rent for a whole day, near the hilton hotel I believe. Overall: Thank you for allowing us this beautiful place, we will def be back again for more memories! Mahalo

The view was beautiful and we were located a couple of blocks away from the water. The only downside is they are very stingy with supplies like towels, kitchen stuff, toilet paper, etc. It's amazing when you are paying this price that they are that way.

Ilikai Vacation

Overall, it was a beautiful property and comfortably fit my family of 6. However, during our stay they were doing a few water maintenance shut downs. It's not the owners fault but our unit smelled of sulfur coming from the kitchen sink. Putting the drain stopper in helped with smell but it was still horrid. I'm hoping that is simply do to all the plumbing and water maintenance that was taking place during our stay. One of entry door sliding door to the closet was missing and there was a huge stain on the main room curtains. Another issue we had was the master bath sink leaking from the faucet site. Our stuff on the countertop was constantly sitting in water. Those were our mail concerns. Otherwise, the unit was beautifully done. The view of the ocean was amazing. Checkin was very smooth and we had no issues at all. Staying at Ilikai was a great experience and we would definitely recommend it to family and friends and would even consider staying here again. Thanks so much!

The condo was actually better than pictured in my opinion. The kitchen is dated but honestly we only used it for coffee in the mornings so it was perfect. The laundry is in the unit and was so convenient. The beds were comfy and everything was super convenient

Great stay

Our family of 3 adults and 2 children stayed here for a week. Property is clean. Beds were comfortable. The beach extras (snorkeling gear, beach mats, sand bucket and shovel, inflatable ring, etc.) were much appreciated. Location is good. You can walk down to the Hilton lagoon which is open to the public. Young kids will enjoy this and it is very calm and safe. The beach near the condo is rocky, but walk down a few minutes and it gets smoother and nice. If you are into going shopping there are two big area of shops - Ala Moana Center and downtown near the international shopping mall. You could walk about 20 minutes to either one (opposite directions) but you will likely want to take a car. If you are looking for small shopping, there is an ABC store and other shops across the street or inside the condo lobby. There are fireworks on Fridays and you can see some from the condo balcony. However, you may want to go downstairs to the lagoon as some of the fireworks are blocked by a building if you are on the balcony. Cooking at the condo is easy. All of the basics are there including pots, pans, a rice cooker, toaster, etc. The hosts will tell you they do not provide cooking oils, seasoning, etc. Not a big problem. You just need to plan to get some yourself. Hope you have a wonderful trip!

The location of this condo is excellent; close to beach and to restaurants, shops and other attractions. It was fairly roomy for four of us. There were enough beach chairs, towels and other beach gear for us. It was a good fit for us but if you intend to prepare more meals "in" (like we did) rather than mostly eating out, be aware that kitchen necessities (pots, pans, baking sheets, spices, etc.) are very limited. The general store in the building lobby was also a bonus for us -- we picked up a few food and other items that we needed.
