All new for the 2024 Summer, a completely new kitchen, top to bottom! New soft close cabinets and drawers, with a beautiful custom made quartzite countertop all the way around, and a super clean glass tile backsplash to finish it off.
All new stainless appliances and lighting accents as well.
Hope youâll join us soon for some relaxation at the beach and enjoy our updated, upgraded kitchen!
Weâre on the âBeach blockâ and that means itâs just steps to the beach, no roads to cross, ideal for small children. And the ocean views donât get much better than from the private balcony! Thereâs a table for 4 just waiting for you to enjoy coffee/sunrise, evening cocktails, or any meal of the day, just watching the waves.
This 2b/2b condo has it all for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. Sleeps 6 comfortably, with a queen SS in the living room. 50â flat screen Smart TV, table/chairs for 6, washer/dryer in unit, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of dine out/take out, from all around OC. Central air, outdoor pool, WiFi, 2 elevators and 2 off-street parking spaces.
Bed linens and towels upon request at an additional cost. These packages must be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance of your stay due to changes in our vendors policy, and must be paid in advance. Please ask about package pricing if interested.

We are beach lovers and we invite you to enjoy our second home! Itâs a special place for us and we hope that youâll visit and fall in love with everything it has to offer...ocean views, bay views and amazing sunsets, convenient location to just about everything. Thereâs so much to do in OCMD, but you could just relax on the balcony for your entire stay and leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.
