Comfy and clean

My mom and I stayed two nights here. It was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Very Clean and Well Appointed

House is in a great location in Pratt. It was really nice, in terms of having everything you needed. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Nice and comfortable

Very clean and had nice comfort touches like quality towels and bedding, snacks, games, coffee and creamer, etc.. Furniture was comfy as well.

Pratt Perfection

This was our 5th stay. The house is immaculate every time. The place is better appointed than our own home. Very convenient to downtown. We can't imagine staying anywhere else in Pratt. Great value. Our daughter now lives in Pratt so we visit frequently. We won't come unless this place is available.

Great place. For out birdhunt

Enjoyed our week here. Accommodations were perfect for our home base on our upland hunt. The host allowed our dogs to stay indoors with us which was very much appreciated. The house is an older home that is very well kept and everything was clean. Hardwood or vinyl flooring throughout. The kitchen was very welll furnished. Beds were comfortable.

Nice extras

Comfortable, clean, fresh remodel and the available toiletries, snacks and a fridge stocked with condiments was a nice surprise. The host is available and responsive without being intrusive. The location was across from the high school but was still quiet at night.

"Best in Show"

Our 6th stay here. Won't come to Pratt to visit daughter unless this place is available. It is always immaculately clean. I don't know how they do it. We want to make our place a VRBO and have Joley and Halely take care of it!! Also better stocked than our own house!

Best way to stay during time we spent in pratt!

When we arrived the property was very clean and easy to get into after driving all night. Will definitely use again if traveling back to Pratt.

Home Sweet Home

We felt so at home even when we first walked in the door. Everything and MORE than we expected. Very thoughtful person put this together with all of the items you could think of that you might have forgottenfor your trip. Decorated very appropriately and cute for February. Will definitely stay here again as we have several family members living in Pratt! Stay here when you come. They accept most dogs and Pratt is an ideal place to walk a dog around town. Hunting trip

One of my friends and I stayed here for 4 nights for an upland bird hunting trip. The house is small but very comfy for 2 people. Beds are comfortable, shower is hot, good WiFi, nice big TV, and very well appointed kitchen. Much better than getting a hotel! I’ll definitely use this place again.

Little Taste of Home

We are from Breaux Bridge, LA and this rental made it feel like we never left home. It was cozy and well stocked with everything you should need upon arrival. The location was perfect, Hayley was amazing. and we will definitely be back!

We couldnt have asked for a perfect home while visiting for work. It is a very clean and quiet up to date home and I definitely recommend to anyone looking to travel to the area! Management couldn’t have been any better... anything we needed was in arms reach or literally a phone call away. ❤️
