Willow Bend #1632 Pet Friendly 3rd Floor Condo

You will love staying in this comfortable, spacious 2BR/2BA condo in the lovely Willow Bend community located in Barefoot Resort. This updated property has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked and is perfect to cook your favorite meals. The living room has plenty of room to relax and you will love watching your favorite shows on the large Flat Screen TV.

The primary bedroom has a king bed with its own en-suite bathroom and large closet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and the 2nd bathroom is in the hallway. The condo has a washer/dryer too if you need to wash some clothes. The balcony is quiet and the best spot to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. The pool area is a short walking distance away and has plenty of chairs to relax in. There is also a grill area if you like to cook out. This property will accept a small dog under 35lbs with a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee.

Barefoot Resort has four Championship golf courses on the property if you like to golf. The beach is about 2 miles away and there is a free shuttle that runs in the summer which will drop you off at the Beach Access. Barefoot Landing is right down the street and has lots of shops, restaurants and attractions to enjoy. Check out Duplin Winery for a glass of wine or check out one of the shows at the Alligator Adventure or Alabama Theater.

Willow Bend #1632 is a third floor condo with no elevator. Please note: this property has a 3 night minimum stay. It is non-smoking and no motorcycles are allowed. Inquire for the best rates and booking details.

Excellent stay.

We had an excellent stay at this property. It was very clean and spacious. We had no idea this whole development was on the backside of Barefoot. We would stay here again.

Coastal Carolina student move in

Pet Friendly Willow Bend Condo

Reviewer Comments: We spent 6 weeks in North Myrtle Beach this year. #1632 Willow Bend, was the perfect location for all the things we enjoy while in Myrtle Beach. It was comfortable, well equipped for cooking dinners and a nice place to come home to each day after exploring the things the Myrtle Beach area has to offer. The screened in lanai was great. We have booked it for our winter escape again next year.

The area and convenience were top notch. However the condo had a sour smell coming from the trash can. We bought spray to mask the odor, we washed the can, but we could not get rid of the smell. If the can was closed, you couldn’t smell the odor as strongly. Also, the building did not have an elevator. The description clearly states the condo is on the 3rd floor but I could not find a mention anywhere, that there was no elevator!! Just be warned that you will carry all your luggage up and back down 3 flights of stairs!!

A very nice unit

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great unit, it had pretty much everything we needed. The listing shows carpet, but it has all been replaced with laminate which we were happy with. Pretty clean but not spotless. All high touch areas were good, but dust on the fridge top, dusty/dirty under sofa cushions, old receipt beside a bed. Everything was in good working order - all appliances down to dishwasher and coffee maker. Good quality furniture and televisions, way better than we would have in a private cottage. Linens were clean, towels were in good condition and very plentiful. Pillows in main bedroom could be newer/better quality.Starter quantities of garbage bags, dishwasher soap, bar soap and shampoo were provided. No residual condiments/spices/coffee/filters/tea etc., we needed to get our own - this was pointed out in the listing but a bit too bad as we only stayed two weeks so we had way more than we needed.Check-in and out were seamless. Top floor unit was nice so no overhead noise and we had a cathedral ceiling to enjoy. Very nice, safe feeling neighbourhood. We felt a $200 fee for 16 yr old 10lb non shedding dog was a bit much, but happy to find a place that took a pet so willing to incur the higher cost.Overall we really enjoyed the unit, accepting that we had limited choices by bringing the dog. If we have the old girl next year we would like to come here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place, cleaning crew can do a bit better job. It's a pet friendly location and I have no issues there, but when cleaning I know you won't get all the hair and that's ok. I have cats, I understand, but blankets shouldn't smell like dog. Also maintenance needs to address the mold in the bathroom ceilings, both have it. This is a condensation issue with ductwork and attic space.

August beach week

We had a great time. Shuttle is nice for beach access. Place was neat and clean but don’t think they do deep cleaning all the time. Washer and dryer was handy to have. Everyone was excellent and friendly. Easy access to so many things. Would definitely recommend.

Great Cozy Vacation

I enjoyed the cozy home style arrangements. It was very quiet and peaceful. I was able to sleep well on vacation it seemed like home. I only wish I could have a had an earlier check in time. I would definitely recommend staying at this location. Very close to everything! Please be advised you will be picking up a packet that will inform you of the exact location where you will be staying. I was initially confused.

Beautiful condo!

Really enjoyed the location of the condo. It was secluded, yet close to everything we needed. The nature preserve behind was beautiful with a great walking path for my dog. Would absolutely stay again!

Great stay

The place was more then we expected. It was clean and nice. Quite area and located near restaurants and places that you and your family can enjoy. I was kind upset on the check in process. We supposed to get the key out of the lock box but the lock box was down do to some one putting in the wrong lock code. So, me and a few had to wait on the manager to come and unlock the box. Which took about 30 to 45 minutes total. My family had a 6:00 show to make and we barley made it on time. Beside that the place was beautiful and I will be booking again

Perfect Location

Had a great experience. Is on 3rd floor and no elevator. Location was great for what we needed. Loved the screened porch. The only thing we would recommend is to make sure the cleaning crew vacuum better. Thanks for renting to us.
