In Compass Bay Community guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. The home is about a 25-minute drive from the Orlando International Airport and is located in an area surrounded by great restaurants, shopping centers, malls and golf courses. Please read this information before you book:
- This short-term rental cannot be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
- The private pool can be heated from November to the end of April for an extra fee.
- When parking in the driveway, please pull in and avoid blocking the sidewalk. Cars blocking the sidewalk may be towed, and we cannot be held responsible for this.
- A BBQ grill (without a propane tank) is available for rent for an additional fee. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before your arrival.
- This is a pet-friendly property. Pets are allowed only with prior authorization and are subject to a $290 fee per pet (maximum of 2 pets, total $580 ). Dogs must be kept on a leash while on the community premises.
- Items like condiments and coffee grounds will not be provided before check-in. You can pick these up at a nearby supermarket.
- Upon arrival, we provide a few essentials to make you feel at home, including: Paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, a trash bag in each trash can, one roll of toilet paper per toilet, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom. Please stock up on any extras in the nearby grocery store, as we don't replenish during your stay.
- There are surveillance cameras on the property for security purposes, with all cameras facing outdoor areas.
- Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
- Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement, which will be provided via a link in the booking confirmation.
- A temporary hold as a security deposit may be required before arrival; it will be released after check-out (not applicable for ABB).
House Rules:
- Main guest must be 21 years old to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home. The use of recreational drugs is strictly prohibited. A $300 penalty will apply for non-compliance.
- No parties or events are allowed, illegal activities are prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Loud music is not allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in the reservation are permitted. No tents or other structures may be set up on the property.
- Guests are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning charges that occur during their stay.
- Guests may be required to provide a government ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture if you do put it back.
